Scam
October 15, 2015

I also got a friend request from a Cindy Morrison. She told me I had won 850,000,5 piece patio set and a 10,000 hot tub. Of course I didn't believe it but I still commented back because I had hopes. We talked back and fourth and she told me I needed a claimers receipt before they could deliver my prizes. I never heard this so I asked what it was and she proceeded to say it was at money gram and it cost 199.99 and it would be paid back double. I said anything that you have to pay out first before receiving anything is fake. She then said no anything over 100,000 was impossible to get around without one. She then said they would need receipt number also so they had proof when crossing state lines it was a legit prize winner. I left o UT in beginning they wanted full name address and phone number all the things they would need to pick up my money from money gram. Biggest scam ever they will have you believing anything they say then when I said I seen these reviews and I was calling the news station and police, they no longer can receive messages from me at this time. Very very sad.

SCAM
October 12, 2015

I got a friends request today saying I'm a winner of 2015 sweepstakes. They told me I had won a 2015 Ford focus, mixer, five hundred thousand dollars. I was like cool ( whatever). I Google for reviews found out it was a scam. I confronted them. Their name was never given. They told me it was indeed 100 percent true. Than they wanted to me pay a package price for someone one come to my house with my winnings. They asked what color of roses did I like and balloons and what color would I like the mixer in and car. When I told her if I was a winner I shouldn't have to pay and etec. Now on Facebook when I try and load their site it says content unavailable and my Facebook message now says Facebook user instead of women freebies. So avoid them remove them from your Facebook. I think they should be made to remove their site.

October 12, 2015

Received a friend request this morning from Amanda Salvatore at womens freebies, they start out with casual conversation then told me I was this months first place winner, I had won $250,000 2 pairs of ugg boots and a 2016 Mustang, I replied with "yeh right Ill believe it when I have it and don't have to pay anything for it" of course I had no responses after that. I tried sending another message asking what had happened and where was the info to claim my prizes and that message wouldn't even go through lol. So to anyone who receives these messages please DO NOT give them any of your personal information!

Which I gave to her, then she wanted my bank account information, which I didn't give to her. I'm glad I read all of these posts so that I wasn't scammed. Thank You everyone for your posts.

SCAM! DONT FALL FOR IT!
October 10, 2015

I have been a follower to womanfreebies for a few months. However not any longer. This scam is infact a scam. I have all screenshots to show how the convo went before they disappeared. Ok so I get this friends request from WomanFreebies sweepstakes. I accepted. They then began asking me loads of questions like "What would I do if I won? " "Do I feel lucky today." and who would I contact if I won something?" So they build up the anxiety and anticipation by asking these questions before they tell you that you won. Ok so I won 1 million dollars and a new Ford Truck plus a kitchen aid mixer. So Of Course I get all excited. But it was like it was scripted. Its like they werent reading my responses. So I got suspicious. I went looking for sites like this one for reviews of these scams. BINGO! Its a scam. When she asked for my Name, address, phone number and zip code, I thought... hmmmmmm. Wouldnt zipcode be included with address? Why did they ask for that like that. So I went and read moreof these reviews and BEFORE giving her my address I called her out on this being a scam AND THEN I WAS BLOCKED. I got all screen shots before she left though and I WILL be posting this on my blog with all screenshots. THIS IS A SCAM! With that 1million dollars I could have bought a new truck. That was just added bonus to sweeten the winning to ensure you fork over personal info. I will be unfollowing Woman Freebies until they can figure out how to secure thier REAL site.

Good for what they are
October 4, 2015

I'm sorry that so many of you have received spam using this websites name. They do have a little bit of a spam-inducing culture to them, but you DO get free samples from them. I have gotten dozens in the past year, from lots of different companies. They mostly just collect info for you and you go to the other sites to obtain the samples yourself. I think it's pretty cool. I've gotten free snacks, hair products, cat food and litter, and lots of other stuff, just for visiting their site and filling out a few things. You have to be wary, but overall they are a good site.

Total SCAM
October 1, 2015

After a very short visit to site I was sent FR from Sarah and Wanda. Then called by some guy who wanted 299. For me to get some sort of receipt of who I was. When I so said no I'm not sending you any money I was told to Trust me, and listen repeatedly! These people should be ashamed of themselves targeting the over 50 age group. Dispicable! :(

Fraud Scam
September 26, 2015

I received message on Facebook out of the blue from a sophia Jensen, claiming she was from freebies.com. She claimed that I was a grand prize winner too! That I do 500,000.00 a Ford f150 and all kinds of stuff! They also told me to call a number that was supposedly bank of America and give an account number to them, all I got was a lady's voice recording of some kind! Oh these stupid people, always lurking in some nice person. This is the second scam that I've gone through. But I am smarter than them. They got reported to bank of America fraud team! Anyways I have this situation to God! He always takes care of me! Thank you Jesus!

Indeed a scam!
September 19, 2015

I just friended a woman name Marilyn from this site. She started asking me all these questions about how I was doing and how I would feel if I had won something and do I believe that God blesses people with certain things. Then she tells me I want a million dollars and a brand new truck in my choice of color. I knew right then and there it was a scam! So I played along with it and told her how excited I was and I was going to tell on my friend and I couldn't believe that this was real and true. Then she asked me for my address and telephone number and then I knew it was a true scam! It's a shame how people take advantage of people in this society!

Scammed today 9/18/2015
September 19, 2015

Received a friend request from Deborah Elliot today stating I won the grand prize. She was friendly and told me I won 1 mil and 2015 Ford F-150 choose my color and kitchen aid mixer and asked me what color balloons and what color roses. Then said I have to go to western union or money gram and send 249.95. Calling it a claim of approval receipt for insurance. Glad I was hesitant and told her I have to take my mom to the doctor. She then texted me and kept saying u get the money yet so we can deliver by ups today. Saying she is only 1.45 min away from me. What bull$#*!. Her number she gave me is 443/962-6981
That's a Maryland phone number. Please everyone delete these scammers and report them

Obvious scam
September 18, 2015

I was sent a friend request from sarah ann cox at womanfreebies.com. Profile said she was from New York, New York and is a general claims agent.

She asked how I was doing and if I like receiving samples and entering contests. She then told me I had won a contest and was the winner of 500,000, a new Hyundai car and I think a Mac book.

I asked her how to claim these prizes and she removed her profile. What's even stranger is that we spoke through Facebook messenger and now, all her responses are gone too.

I figured it was a scam, but want to make sure others are aware and on the lookout.

I have been a woman freebies follower for years and have gotten many free samples and great deals over the years, BUT... tonight I was friend ed on Facebook but someone claiming to be a prize claim agent and she game me the exact same song and dance as everyone else on here. I know from personal experience that they contact you via email for winnings. NOT Facebook! But I thought I would indulge this fantasy to see what they asked of me. Same thing, for my full legal name, address and cell number. Then for money to claim my prize. I informed her that I knew about her scam and she deleted and blocked me immediately. Please be aware that the a tual woman freebies site has tons of great links to free samples and coupons. But do not friend anyone on Facebook that claims to be from there. That is NOT how they do business. Their site finds great deals or free samples from other sites and links them to their page, they are there to help you find awesome freebies. Not to scam people. But others out there troll their page looking for hopeful people like all of us. The actual site is wonderful. Don't let these scammers scare you away from the real site!

Scam!
September 16, 2015

I too was scammed today. I had liked win for kid crocs and than I get a friend request and conversation from a separate woman's freebies sweepstakes. I mean conversation went on for about 20 mins. Asking if I believe in luck, if I ever won anything, how long I have been following them and then says well we'd like to congratulate you bc you are our grand prize winner randomly selected thru Facebook site. You won millions dollars, kitchen aid mixer, and a new 2015 ford. They said a woman's freebies ups delivery team would be in my state. All they need is my full name, address and cell phone. Well I googled and found this. I said no I have been reading about this scam. Conversation and group was deleted completely from Facebook.

Nothing to brag about
September 7, 2015

After making a scam alert the company contacted me to apologize but didn't send me anything for the issue. Usually companies would send a gift so they can keep a good appearance. I told them that I won't trust them even if they sent anything to me. Live and learn, I guess. I'm not stupid either to send money especially if I was to win money. Scam, scam scam

So sad its not true
September 6, 2015

I was contacted today that I won a million dollars and a BMW. I did try for such contest. But as the conversation kept going I realized it was a scam. She tried to make me think it was real. The $199.00 was for the taxes on the car. Which you do pay when you when a car. Almost fell for it. I need it too but now I am going to alert all my friends to let them know not to fall for it.

Totally a scam!
September 1, 2015

Thank you! I am so glad I read SiteJabber before going to Western Union. I have over 104 texts from a Deborah Elliot. I screwed up and gave them information I shouldn't have and now I have to worry about my family financially. I just now I got a message from her stating, "Thanks for wasting my time!" I can't believe that people could live with themselves after ripping off so many people. Please don't let them sucker you in!
