Books described as 'very good were actually insanitary, in one instance the fly cover was stuck to the cover with mould. The replacements were however 'very good'

I managed to find the books I was after and the price was OK so I placed the order. They turned up just couple of days later. Excellent service.

Advertised as ' very good condition '. It wasn't. Tea stains on pages,, fly leaf torn out and biro marks on inside cover.

Great choices prices and service books in great condition and usually delivered early will certainly be using them again

Not good at all really. I think I'm being refunded for the 9th, possibly 10th time now in 3 months from Wob.com and the Wob eBay page. Every refund is for the same reason, the item has been sold to someone else. It's almost as if this is happening on purpose. Every time I contact them regarding the issue, it's the same old automated response. And if it's been purchased through eBay, well, you don't even get notified it's out is stock, but money is returned faster through eBay than it is from wob.com.

I've used. WOB and it's usually great. However, my last order went very badly. It came later than expected and it was the wrong order. I've sent two emails and 10 days later I am still waiting for a response. I needed those books for 4 days ago and I still haven't got them. There is just no way you can talk to anyone directly or even message directly. It is most frustrating. I've I haven't heard from them in 48 hours I shall just cancel the payment through my credit card.

A wonderful range of books to choose from, managed to find a specific book that I have been looking for.
Books are in great condition, in fact brought 14 books in 3 days.

A week after ordering and receiving an email thanking me I still have received no tracking or email stating the book has shipped. The email stated they will try to ship it out in 48 hours... we are now going on 168 hours. Per the FAQ page "Guest Customers - We will keep you up-to-date by email at every stage of the dispatch process."
I tried to go to their website and the watson bot is pretty useless. It would be nice if I could enter my order number somewhere(even if I had to verify CC number or name or shipping address as well).

As always great books, great service and good for the environment, what is not to enjoy. First call for books when I need one whatever the topic

I always order my dvds from here, fantastic service, dvds in great condition, speedy delivery and the one mistake they ever did for me was sorted promptly. I always check here for dvds first.

Bought it 20 days ago and just arrived today. Longer than expected but at least my books came in perfect condition.

Each category has plenty of choice, good prices, easy website to navigate. Simple transaction. Fast delivery.

Though listed as "very good", one of the books shows crooked and too creased spine. The Marianne Trilogy, by Sheri Tepper.

I can always find what I am looking for. Their selection is vast. Prices are good, all products are in a decent condition, and always match the condition described. Buying second hand saves a lot of money. The dispatch and delivery of good is always fast. I have not experienced a problem so far, everything, has been easy with this company. Would definitely recommend using them.

Wob is my fav way of buying books.
They are great value for money and have a wide range of Genres and have a Rare book section. I also LOVE the idea of not sending books to landfill. Def worth a try if you haven`t already.
