What more could I expect?

Could not supply the cocktail books I wanted, waited weeks only to find they had refunded my money gave me a lame reason, would never order again from these people.

I ordered, didnt hear from them for 10 days despite chasing through the contact bot. Order showed on my account as confirmed. Eventually I had an email saying they were sorry but they had a lot of demand for the book and it was now out of stock so they would send me a refund. The website still said they had 2 copies of the book! This is my 5 th purchase from them... but I won't buy from them again unless I can't find what I want somewhere else. And they still haven't refunded me through PayPal. Very disappointed.

The books I ordered were described as ‘good' and even ‘as new'. They definitely weren't! One was really dirty, one had a damaged cover, but at least when I complained and sent photographs WOB customer services were very good and sent me a partial refund very quickly. I will use them again and hope the descriptions are more accurate.

Yet another great experience. Great range, good pricing and the quality of the books always exceeds the description. Benn buying for a few years. Free postage and delivery within 3-5 days what is not to like.

Overall good enough to use again. Condition of books varies quite a bit but service & delivery are good.

I ordered Even more ghosts of the Isle of Wight and everything was as it said. Book was in great condition and arrived on time and was safely packaged too.

Thank you for shopping with us recently - we hope you were happy with your order of The Beatles: 1. Sorry, this item was NOT 'very good', as described. The jewel case was grubby and sticky and the CD judders when played. Two tracks have frequent 'skips'. Surely the condition of the jewel case should have alerted quality control to give this a closer inspection. After a run of CD purchases which were as described this has made me reluctant to 'return'.

Ordered some second hand books and they were delivered quickly and satisfactorily, and in good condition. Will use again!
