A really marvellous selection of books, reasonably priced and a very good service, definitely recommend.

I buy a lot of books from WOB because I like the idea behind it. A book that could end it's days in a land fill, will be read again -- what's not to like. Yes! I had two books that advertised as Hard Cover, but were in fact paperbacks, but other than that -- happy with most of the stuff that I order. Remember, it's what's in the book that matters, but a dodgy CD, Yeah -- that is disappointing for a would be buyer.

Ordered music off the site and I never received the order nor a confirmation that the order had arrived. Contacted customer support and they referred me to post office. Not at all helpful or caring, and they lost me as a customer, and still no refund given.

The experience with them has been excellent and as usual nothing to say at all! Excellent service and for sure good value for money.

I am a primary tutor so I use a lot of books with my students, I've thoroughly enjoyed ordering childrens' novels and plan to continue.
I won't be spending a fortune on new books from high-street book stores, when I can buy them, reuse them and pass them on. The books still have lots of reading life in them and they were pre-loved and read by others, even before I received them.

Absolutely love WOB so many things that I thought I would never find again from Egyptology book to classic comedy dvds and all very good quality. Love they way it's suggests other things you may like and can search so many different ways for what you would like.

Always help full and send my purchase of books with in the time limit stated on the invoice. Great value for money, new or second hand books.

I've ordered quite a few times from Wob, both from the website and the eBay store. Have always been more than happy with my purchase. Love that I can select the condition of the book I'm ordering, from Like New, Very Good etc. And you really can't beat Wob for both choice and price!

I love the values behind World of Books, i didn't have any problems apart from the fact that the book cover was different to the one i ordered but it was still wonderful. I will continue to use this website for all of my bookish needs! Highly recommend!

I complained about a damaged book but I didn't receive a reply. I was persuaded to conduct a telephone survey a while back to receive a £15 discount on a purchase. I completed the survey but didn't receive the offer. Sometimes books are sent in very flimsy packages and are prone to being damaged.

See title. No problems. Delivery always prompt. All my orders have been for second hand books and all have looked good as new. Have received hardback copies a couple of times when expecting a paperback. I probably didn't read the small print but it would be nice if it was more obvious.

The arrived quickly and was well wrapped and I have no complaints as the book was in good condition and value for money.
