I have been ordering from WoB a few times now and delivery has always been perfect, super fast. The books were as described and I was happy with them. The only time I was slightly annoyed is when I paid £5 for a book that had a £1.5 sticker on it. Made me wonder why the online price was not the same as in the shop. Other than that great service.

Excellent servive, books in brilliant condition. My mum loves them. She enjoys books that have been well read. Also purchased books for the younger generation. Lots of choice, delivery very quick.

All books have been in the condition specified and actually all in good condition. The service has been excellent whenever we have used and a great range on offer, even an older book not easy to get. Good fair prices as well and great to recycle existing books. Definitely would recommend.

The book I ordered arrived and wasn't as described, I was reissued witha better copy with in few days, despite it being teh christmas holidays. First problem i can recall inall the years using WOB. Very impressed as usual.

I have used WOB many times over the last few years and have always been delighted with the quality of their books and the great service. I have bought another 5 books from them in the last couple of months, as Christmas gifts, and they too have been as good as new & were delivered in good time. Very pleased with WOB and would recommend them to everyone.

I assumed I had ordered the English version of the book Playground. But ended up with a foreign copy
I have since returned it to you for refund

Had trawled through loads of sites looking for a particular book for my sister when I stumbled across this fantastic site that held numerous from this particular author. Arrived in great condition and faster than stated. Definitely use again.

I ordered two books 10 days ago and still havent received my order/ the bot always implying that my order is on its way? But im pretty sure that some problem happened? It took and still taking too long.
Delivery is horrible.
