Unfortunately this is not the first time I've recieved a book which does not match what's being advertised.
I think your priority as the website to sell books should be to ensure the correct book is for sale. I'm particular about the edition and cover of the book I'm looking for and displaying a disclaimer in your ad is a cop out. (Book picture is for illustrative purposes only, actual binding, cover or edition may vary.) Please ensure your sellers advertise the correct cover image for the book they're selling.

Today I received through tracked shipment the books ordered: also this time they are in excellent overall conditions. Being a long time Italian railway enthusiast, with good knowledge of the booksellers specialized in this area, I found wob availbaility on the topic massive and the prices quite affordable. Rare titles are also included. After writing this review, I will place immediately my fourth order...

I have ordered a few times now from wob and their books are always in the condition they say they are. I've given some great reference copies a new home for very little cost. Shipping is prompt and bundled up enough for books. Very pleased over all with the service wob have given me.

Was disappointed in the book, ive bought from here before without any problems, but this book was in poor condition, the pages were yellow old looking, and some pages in the middle of the book were coming away from the binding, so overall not good so not to happy, i had bought as a present for my grieving friend who wants to read into afterlife so she can try to make sense of where her dear dad will be on the other side, so im not very pleased this time with my order.

I ordered 12 books at once. I received 8 out of 12 only. The celling price on some of the books was even higher than the original one, eventhough they´re second hand. One of them with higher price was even out of order - without a musik. I requested my money back for the missing books and the one that is damaged but I never got a refund. Verz, verz disappointed.

Purchasing second hand books is great value and good for the environment. Delivery was rapid and free. Thank you, WOB.

I ordered a book for my sister as a little add on Xmas gift. It was cancelled and refunded… no WOB explanation or apology or goodwill gesture

I ordered 4 books, and all of them arrived in very good condition. The price was excellent (the 4 of them cost what one new book would cost), so I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

My son wanted a particular book for Xmas and since it was out of print, I could only find one new copy at a ridiculous price. I spoke to him about it and he assumed I was aware he bought second hand hard back books, so after quite a search, I discovered WOB, ordered the book, then went on to order a couple for myself. All arrived quicker than I expected and were of a very acceptable standard, which encourages me to use them in future.

The 3 cds i ordered came without any proper packaging resulting in the cd cases getting smashed when posted through letter box, one cd even came with 99p sticker on even though i was charged £3.50.
