Excellent range of books with super prices and first class customer service. So much to choose from in many subjects.

If you need a fast delivery, this is not a good choice. But the price and quality is fine. Overall 4 stars.

I purchased a book on the 9th December, plenty of time for christmas delivery.

Payment was taken out of my account on the 10th December.

I emailed them on the 18th December as I was getting a little concerned, was told my book had been sent out on the 16th December, great thankyou.

5 pm on the 24th December - still NO book.

I e mailed them and was told the book was out of stock? But I was told in my last e mail the book had been sent out on the 16th. Confused and angry.

I have since been refunded but wheres the book that had been posted out?

Regular user of this excellent site however my latest delivery was let down by inadequate packaging. On delivery package had burst open in transit and had elastic band holding it together. Only two of my three items were inside. One of the enclosed was a large hardbacked book which possibly had caused the split.
Never had problems before and would still use and recommend this site

Never will i buy a new book again! WOBs prices are a fraction of what you would normally pay. The quality of their books is high and delivery is quick. Also, it's great way of recycling and helping out towards a greener future.

Bought a book as a gift for someone coming up to christmas. Product was not of giftable quality.the book cover had weird bubbleing to one corner, and some of the pages didnt sit flat, almost like it had sufferd light water damage. There was also a large wob sticker applied to the back cover, proclaiming it was a bandage covering an unsightly pricing label. While the item ordered was a newer title, i think describing the item sent, as new, was somewhat hopeful at best.re-ordered the gift from a new book supplier, and the recipient was very happy with their gift. Lesson learned.its nice to do the right thing as far as recycling goes, but attention to detail when describing condition would be advantageous to all. I'm keeping the book to read myself.one more topic of conversation when the gift recipient and i meet up again. Sorry to moan, as i am a long term user of wob, and i have always been more than satisfied previously.

Wob has delivered books in good time for Christmas and after. The quality is great and website easy to navigate.

Books from Wob always arrive very speedily and their customer service, should anything be wrong, is superb! I have bought from them many times and have always been delighted. Very highly recommended!

Can't do a good review as the books have not arrived. The books were meant as gifts for Christmas. They may end up being a gift for Easter.

Easy to use web site, good selection at good prices. Have had 9 books from them with no problems and in good condition as stated. Helpful and prompt customer service when I did have a query.

It was easy to find the book I wanted. Ordering was quick and uncomplicated. Very good prices, also so much choice. My order arrived ahead of time which is always brilliant. Economy delivery is free. Whats not to like. I will most certainly be ordering from WOB again.

The was the first time I bought directly from WOB. The books arrived in pristine condition, just as described. Iwill return for more. Cheers.
