I ordered Jason Fung's The Obesity Code. It arrived promptly, appropriately packed, second hand but in perfect condition and at much less than the retail price. A few underlinings in pencil but I really don't mind that.

It never ceases to amaze me how efficient wob's are. I like be the fact that books DVD's are watched and read by many people as it should be. Long may you run, saving the planet one tree at a time

Yet again, the plastic covers on the DVD's were broken by the time they were delivered. I have raised this problem with Wob before. All they need to do, is to pad the parcel with a little bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard. However, they obviously don't care enough about their customers to show this tiny bit of care.

This is a wonderful resource for getting preloved books conveniently and at a great price. There's so much choice and I always find what I'm looking for. It's dangerous because I keep buying so many books, but they make me really happy. Also, the company has some really solid morals and principles and are doing great things, so I feel good about supporting them. It can be hard to find companies I really feel good buying from nowadays but I'm in love with Wob.

Books are as good as new and speedy delivery, as always am pleased with my purchases, will continue to buy from WOB.

WoB website is really easy to use. Good prices, good descriptions and very prompt service. Will definitely revisit next time I'm looking for an out of print book.

The service is very good - I'm informed when the order has been packed and dispatched.
I have only ordered second hand books so far, and have found wob to be good value for money.
The books are put loose fairly high density plastic bag, which wob stated are recyclable though not through my local council's kerbside collection. Hopefully this will change as I have contacted the council.
I appreciate the description of the condition of the books is very subjective, but I would sometimes question this; the way the books are packaged will not help the description. The cover (ie publisher edition etc) I receive also does not always match the one I selected. Neither of these critiques particularly bother me, and I am certain I will be ordering from wob in the future.

Easy to navigate website, genuine quality products at very reasonable prices, easy ordering, kept fully informed about delivery, goods in protective packaging arrive in pristine condition. Great service, painless purchasing.

Order three items. Arrived as described. One of the cds I had to clean as there was something sticky on it but then it played fine.

Very good value. Books were in excellent condition, almost as new and reasonably priced. Delivery was fast too.
