Very happy with my purchase of PS3 games from wob, easy to navigate the site and reasonable prices, quick despatch and delivery, recommended.

The book I ordered arrived earlier than expected, was in excellent condition and well packed - also a good price, Thank you Wob.

Very much like the ethics of WoB. Recycling not only items that are clearly reuseable and therefore environmentally friendly but recycling the work and efforts of those people who produced those items.

One thing I do not like though is WoB overtly promoting minorities such as black or LGBTQUEER+++ authors. I have yet to see 'Asian author week', 'White British author week', Christian author week etc etc. Singling out these authors, these groups because of the colour of their skin and/or their sexuality/pro noun identity does a disservice not just to the readers but to all the otuer authors out there who equally struggle to have their works promoted, read and appreciated. If WoB wants to promote based on race, colour, creed and sexuality then it needs to cover 'all' groups not just those who shout the loudest because if it doesn't it is culpable in stoking the fires of racial and sexual inequality. I find that when I see WoB strongly promoting these minorities in their emails and front page on their web site I simply close them and go elsewhere for whatever it is I am looking for because I will not support prejudice and division.

Bought 2 books, were as described, very quick delivery arrived before date stated and packed lovely too. Will definitely be using Wob again thank you.

Wob is my go to for books. They are environmentally conscious, have reasonable prices and a wide range of books available. Fast delivery too.

I ordered 2 books over a week ago and have not received them not very impressed at the moment, no explanation given

Order this book a few weeks ago. It arrived today and after using it for only a few minutes, noted a must smell and felt sick. After an hour, the musty smell permeated my house and so I tossed it in the garbage. What a waste of time and money.

I am a retired, highly qualified industrial chemist, I am old fashioned and still prefer books for study to a computer for a number of reasons. I boosted the quantity of the books in my library recently with a large number of editions at very reasonable prices. Excellent.
But, there is a catch if you order through eBay, it is necessary to go back to them over any shortfall!
I found ' sitejabber ' invasive, almost threatening and OTT! The written word should be accepted without all the ' add ons ' demanded / - note the pushy use of ' WHY '! That is getting Personal, ' Back Off! '. DL.

I've used this company twice and on both occasions the book didn't arrive as advertised instead they claim the books have been 'lost in the post'. In fairness they did eventually supply copies of the books originally ordered.
Is this just coincidence or is something underhanded going on?

It's so much easier than trudging round book shops or charity shops. There is so much choice and easy to find authors. If it states 'very good' for quality, the books are definitely that.

Of four packages of book received all four were damaged at the corners luckily the books were ok. It is no good boasting that your packaging is eco-friendly if it doesn't do the job intended. There is no protection from the carrier throwing it about which they must have done, Parcel Force delivered one package very late and so battered and split open that they had to place it in a clear plastic bag.

I have been ordering from WoB for a number of years now. Books have always been in good condition and great value for money. Just had a look at the bad reviews, these people must be buying from a different company.
