Ave use Wob twice now and books have been great in very good condition and fast delivery and great customer service will be using the site all the time now.

They provide a huge range of books at great prices which is a fantastic service.
This is the 3rd time I used WOB. I had an issue with delivery on my second order which was resolved within 2 days.
Any of the 2nd hand books I received have been in great condition.

I had bought books without submitting the number of my house, I do understand I am at fault of this however the books were able to be sent through even without a full address, immediately after recieving the confirmation for the package I emailed WorldOfBooks to tell them I had incorrectly submitted my address and asked for a cancellation. I recieved back that they had already been shipped and the shipping details are automatic and cannot tell if the address is incorrect. (Seriously?). I had not even recieved an email telling me my items had been shipped. Thus began emailing back to front arguing with anyone available customer service, no one was of help at ALL and kept telling me they could not track where my package was and IF, by POSSIBILITY if my package was returned back to them I would recieve a refund, keep in mind these books are worth SEVENTY DOLLARS! They even told me to get in touch with Australian Post and again were no help when I was asked to get more shipping information from them and they told me nothing. This had happened in September, it is now January, and still, no package… Sad.

I have been delighted with the speedy efficient service from WOB and the range of titles available. Would always be my first choice whenlooking for a book. Very happy too that the books are recycled. Books were meant to be shared with friends, families, and strangers.

I only found WOB recently and by accident, but I was taken immediately by the easy ordering, very moderate prices (and shipping fees!) and the impressive range of titles that suit my areas of interest: English and American literature, fantasy, sf, science etc., many of which are not easy to find in Germany. And delivery time to this country has so far not exceeded 10 days. Thus: Keep up the good work, please!

Absolutely brilliant I would give wob 10 stars if I could. The books n cd r brilliant condition, plus I got a cd from here what was discontinued. And wob had a few of that cd which made me really happy.

The range of books and something for everyone and I have found that I have found those long searched for books that I cannot find anywhere else
