The books are great value, always good condition and the prices are amazing.

What has happened to WOB, used to be the best on the net but just lately, very poor customer service, missing items, poor packaging, cracked cases, dirty scratched media. Come on get your act together and get back to been number one again.

My order arrived fairly quickly. The condition descriptions were a little inaccurate, but maybe I'm a bit fussy about the condition of books.

My daughter recommended WOB so I placed an order when I had a wee desire list! I love the fact that all my books came together in one package with no waste of packaging and the packaging is recycled and fully recyclable. The, pre-loved books were in good to great condition and I've already read 2 of them. Speedy and sustainably satisfying.

I have just received several books by the same author. I am pleased with the great condition the books are in even though none of them were sold as new. Wob will now be the online bookstore I go to from now on.

Ordered some cds and they cam quicker than expected and play without skipping practically brand new.

At Wob, I have found a company who can offer books, music and films at very fair prices. I now use Wob exclusively for my book purchases and a lot of the time for second hand CD's, Vinyl albums and DVD's.
All goods are delivered promptly free of postal charge and in good condition.
I thoroughly recommend Wob.

All good thanks, books in generally good condition (one looked like it had bite marks off a dog on it), but apart from that, no issues.

I was searching for a particular book from the 70s. WOB had 1 copy. The book arrived in good time, the delivery progress advised in a tracking email from WOB.
I have purchased other items from WOB and have never been disappointed. Thumbs up!

Great choice, search engine working well, fast delivery, really good to support a company helping to reuse books. Definitely my first choice for new and used books.

Only thing is I wish is that the cover you see on the picture of the book matched what was sent. Most of the time I got lucky but once I did not.
