I've ordered and received approximately ten books over the last two years and each one has been in better condition than described, Most appear to have been unread. Delivery is and books are packaged neatly as well. Highly recommended!

I was really pleased. With the guitar tuition books which are absolutely perfect for my standard & requirements; however the CDs were even better than expected, you sent extra so now I have a comprehensive collection of the (jazz guitar) genre

Great website, easy to use and locate books. Lots of choices in new books, also used books are in very good condition. Prices are good and delivery is quick, overall excellent.

I usually buy large print books from a large
varied selection,for my mum, from this site, as they are difficult to find in charity shops. She is always delighted with them.
Recently I also bought several autobiographies for my dad as he was stuck in bed after a long stint in hospital, he is now back to thoroughly enjoying reading again, which is nice to see, so I will buy more for him.
I volunteer in a charity bookshop who actually send books to Wob, but in the last week I have also bought 4 books for myself as well, as I wanted a particular book and couldn't wait for it to eventually wend its way to our shop! Looking forward to reading it on holiday
Full marks for prompt delivery, books have always been clean and in good condition, prices are fairly competitive especially as it's free delivery with no minimum spend, which is worth a bit in itself.
The only thing I don't like is, your name! World of books was much nicer and very apt!

Great collection of books and often most reasonable prices but always very slow delivery, maybe the right compromise overall.

They play as described, however the flimsy packaging didn't protect the cases enough.
Two of the cases were cracked in transit, I don't think you sent them this way.

Excellent condition.you would think it was new and i like the idea it has been pre-loved...plus half the price of new...

Using WOB has become my go to bookseller, ticking every customer friendly box I could possibly want. Great prices, a wealth of titles and subsequent goodies on offer for the avid reader like myself, relatively fast delivery (easily within the bounds of reasonableness) and email updates that keep me informed on a regular basis. I've stopped looking elsewhere - why bother when I'm perfectly happy with WOB?

As usual, the books that I ordered from WOB were delivered promptly. It's great to know that delivery is included.

Have bought a few books from this site as they are obviously cheaper and what is better than recycling? They deliver quickly and are reliable. What more could you want?

World of Books has a diverse selection of new and second-hand books. I always received them on time and carefully packed. In perfect state.

I recently bought an old book, not super well known, from them and received a copy in less than ideal condition. Reached out to customer service and they were able to find another copy in much better condition and replaced it for me.

This is actually a one off situation as I've bought from WOB several times before and never had any issue or needed any assistance. Their used books are generally in excellent condition and is sent out quickly. Great selection and prices as well. Recommend! :)
