Previous purchases have been fine
I now have a problem with the condition of a book( described as good, which it is not, also it is ex library which it was not described as such)
I have contacted Conumer Services three times without a response with 48 hours

Excellent service as always. Book arrived promptly, in good condition, as described. I wanted it to replace a copy I'd left behind in my previous house, which was close to Gavin Maxwell's childhood home. WoB is my new go-to place for books!

This is the second time I've bought from WOB. The first time I ordered a book which was described as very good but when it arrived it was in a bad condition in my opinion. I informed them and within a week a near perfect copy was received without question. The second order was as described and free postage, what a bargain :o) . Thank you

I've ordered quite a few books and dvds from Wob and never been disappointed, The items are in the condition as described, arrive on time, sometimes early, and are excellent value for money. I would recommend Wob to anyone.

Book, Spilt Milk, by Brazilian writer Chico Buarque, arrived promptly and in perfect condition as described. Chico has just received predigious Camões prize and so I was delighted to find a copy instantly.

Almost perfect but I am still waiting for my other book I ordered 2 Paul o grade books but only received one I am still waiting for the devil rides again

Good selection of books, quickly delivered. A couple I ordered were not actually in stock but was contacted to ensure suitable alternatives could be sent.

The book I ordered was delivered extremely promptly in good condition, despite being preloved. Prices are extremely competitive. The website is easy to manoeuvre too. I also recently received a CD I had looked for over a long time but found it at Wob. It was a brilliant price, it was in perfect condition and was delivered within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Wob not only for their efficiency and prices but also for the recycling aspect which can only be a very good thing for us all.

Everything is always as described and always turns up on time.never any issues with items and never felt the need to return anything.

WOB have a great range of books and excellent website. Reliable delivery and books are well packed. I really don't see the need to buy new when this range of used books is there to buy and better for the environment

Been really disappointing service from World of Books. Of 6 out of 10 books, 2 were much poorer condition than advertised with obvious stains from spillage and other damage (sold as "very good" condition.)

Another 4 books were older editions. SO Annoyed as I purposefully selected newer editions, usually at a higher price than older editions also shown on the website. Makes a difference with Plant and science also psychology books when later editions known to have important revisions. One of the books was advertised as brand new but I still got an older edition, 3 years older than the newer revised edition.

Took ages for books to arrive compared to other online bookstores. Now wasting time trying to return these unwanted books. Only 4 were what were expected.

Overall, waste of time and money. Not much confidence in buying books from WoB, especially non-fiction. Would not recommend. Hope I can return 6 for full refund.

Wasn't able to upload photos on phone to add to review, pity as have screenshots showing details of all books at time of order, which clearly differ from what I received.

As always, delighted with condition (exactly as described) content and prompt delivery of my books by the fabulous Lucinda Riley! I love the fact that books are recycled giving so many, so much pleasure and the opportunity to read books they may be otherwise unable to afford! Kudos to you all. Thank you and I highly recommend others to look at the amazing range and choices on your site - it caters for tastes, genres and ages!

I had been searching for this book for a while and found it on this site. Arrived quickly & promptly.

My got to website when I want to buy 2nd hand books. Most books are in excellent condition. Free delivery!

Books always as good or even better condition than described, and delivered when predicted or even sooner.

Recently I've been sourcing books that I once read in the 60s and 70s, and WOB have always, without exception, had every book I've looked for. I don't know how they do it, but they do.

WoB sell a huge range of both fiction and non-fiction books at extremely competitive prices. Highly recommended.
