This was my 1st experience ordering from Wish, and it has been a horror of ordered items getting to me 3 months after ordering, STILL HAVEN'T received my bras, my spaghetti strap tees, etc. They have had MY MONEY for months; and I have repeatedly asked for my money back, since my merchandise HASN'T ARRIVED. About a week ago, I received the Camara I ordered from wish. One good thing about wish, is that their products are very affordable. The price of the Camara I bought from them was 30% off from the normal price.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS. It is a lottery rigged against you.
I have bought a number of items from AliExpress, because my initial experience with buying Lego clones from them was reasonably positive. It was when I started buying electronic goods and clothes from them the experience rapidly went down hill.
Despite making clear enquiries about the quality and accuracy plus warranty of the goods before committing I was taken to the cleaners.
Clothes were delivered way too small to wear, and of inferior fabric and finish, but the worst was the electronic items, cables, adaptors and USB Flash Drives that were simply unusable forgeries. When you dispute the purchase with ample proof (I thoroughly tested each item), they throw you into a loop where they ignore everything you have posted in response to their ever increasing demands and string you out till they abruptly close the dispute.
My recommendation is DO NOT BUY from AliExpress. Even though I made some successful purchases I overall lost more money than I saved. It was always uncertain how much I would pay, with all the supposed discounts, which then got extras loaded on top when you confirm, but just avid them. If you must buy from eBay which has a decent dispute resolution. AliExpress is just a front for too many crooks.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
It simply is too much trouble, lost time, feeling of being had and ultimately no savings whatsoever.

This is the worst online shopping site I have ever used. On the BBB there are dozens of people like me who never receive their orders. I made an order (and paid for it) on May 28,2020, that was supposed to be here mid-June, and it is now mid-August. They keep pushing their delivery date forward and there is no way of contacting a person that works at wish.com, not by phone, email or chat line. Their chat line is automated by a computer system with auto responses. Amazon doesn't process your money until they ship the item, this company has had my for 2.5 months and counting. Dee

I ordered 3 items over 2 months ago. Have not received them, and when I log into my account, the items I have ordered have disappeared and I can't even see my status on them. Fishy! Then try to talk to customer support and it is a computer. Do not order from wish. It is a scam. I will also spread the word to everyone not to order from them. Very upset! They should be turned in, but no one can do that!

Don't expect to receive your orders. The tracking shows my items where shipped in February estimated arrival April, it's now August and still nothing. After getting in touch to report it's still not arrived they have no further information and refuse to refund you. Utter joke plus it seems cheap but if you check eBay most items are similar price and actually arrive.

I have ordered many items in the past and they came usually on time. But now with Covid I have waited 5 months for some items. None have come at all! Now there is no option for a refund either and no option to contact support. They dont get back to you. It is criminal that they are in business when they know customers will not receive any of their items. Do not order for christmas because nothing will come. It is a complete joke now!

Ordered sweat shirts the material is so low end it actually feels like plastic and two pair of shoes man made that feel like cardboard. The shoe fits the ankle strap does not. The length was made for that if a young child. Took 5 months to get my order. Do not Ofer from this site.

While the Wish company is a knockoff brand of major labels, it should still offer as close to decent clothing as possible. What I don't understand is that they manufacture in Asian countries and sell to Americans using their own measures(which are considerably smaller). Why not find out what the measuring equivalent is and make that instead of having a product that constantly disappoints. I'm a plus size women almost 6 feet tall, very few of their items have ever actually fit as described. I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then on top of that, they make the return and refund process extremely difficult. This is a fraud company from their material to their sizing. I will not be a continuing customer.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
