Those are your odds of actually getting anything of value. Ordered 5 different"Sterling"jewelry items. ALL FAKE! All refunded. Sellers susposed to be punished... HA! Same fake ads still up. Check it with a magnet. Refunds are also a crap shoot. You might get it. Customer service is, at best, STUPID! On purpose. They route you to places that don't help and repeat same useless info as if it were God's own words. They try to stall until you just give up.

I bought shoes for my wife they were delivered incorrectly as we ordered them 6/5/20, I placed a refund via their ap the same day as this is the ONLY way to contact this company, which is a red flag. We went back and forth providing pictures and describing the problem which I did for a few weeks! I am writing you, over 2 months without a simple refund or positive communication to finding a resolution. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Very unsat. PAY A HUMAN AND INVEST IN A PHONE for better customer service.

Do not buy from Wish! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes around June 15th. So far, only one pair has shown up and they stink like a Chinese swamp! So bad I had to throw them out! The other two pairs have not arrived, as of today, August 17th! To make things worst, the arrival date keeps changing whenever it gets close! So they have had my money for months and I have nothing! When and if they do show up, the summer will be over and I won't need the sandles I ordered! And they might stink too, who knows! I'll never waste my hard earned money with these crooks again! Don't waste your time or money! I requested a refund three times and they have yet to respond!

I ordered seed, and other planting things in April, was told it would come in May, and without any notice it was changed to June, then July and now were in August and they still haven't arrived. Don't waste your money. Your goods will never arrive.

Sizes are 4x too small

I wish I would've looked up the reviews before I would've ordered. Do not order from this company they will not give you a refund and hopefully when you do receive the shirts you have a small teddy bear that you can put them on because that's about what size it'll fit.

Horrible

Everything I bought from Wish has been absolute *hit quality. I'd take a look and know instantly that it can't be used. Something I bought for $70 did not even work and broke on my first use.

They charge shipping as much as the truly dollar store value item itself, and the shipping is so slow that you start to forget you even ordered anything in the first place. The sales and coupons are a joke as whatever algorithm they have adjust prices and shipping to make sure that there is actually no sale.

You'd think all of this is bad practice but the most infuriating thing is hands down, the customer service or complete lack of. They purposefully incorporate an automated system to deal with you because they know most of us are full of wrath when we do need to speak with customer support. And the support is no help, so don't bother contacting them. They are not on your side and just want to get your money and if you're mad about anything? Too bad. Never shop here y'all

I used wish to get my daughter a lap top.On april 7 I ordered the lap top and headphones.
In June I received the headphones. I have been contacting them ever since. I have left a phone number. I have emailed many times... upward of 30.
I have never received a refund. I have never received a call I can not open a ticket because it says one has been created for this item. So basically wish TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT ANYTHING!
TERRIBLE CUSTIMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

Wish sucks

I've bought things... they always take forever, quality is CHEAP... most recent order I made was 6 months ago. I don't own anything currently in working order that I bought from there. Everything falls apart and you put $50 of items in your cart and shipping cost $45... not a good deal

This company is a total fraud, I placed orders in April and it's mid august and still nothing except excuses, I've tried communicating with them in June left many messages, no response then finally mid august they finally respond to tell me the window for refunds has closed, so needless to say I'm very disappointed, I will never shop with them again and anyone I know I will tell them to shop somewhere else, it's such a scam I lost at least 75 bucks,... I would add pics but. Ha ha oh ya didn't get anything

Wish.com does not have a good Internet BBB rating--wish I had checked them out before ordering. I received my car vacuum, priced at $28 +$11 shipping. It was cheaply made and not worth $41 total. It also took 20 days to receive from China. I want to return it, BUT, in order to return an item YOU MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU RECEIVED. If you do not include a picture, you cannot complete the request for refund form! I am unable to include a picture, so I decided to make an official complaint to the Internet Better Business Bureau, which is when I saw the warning.

I believe this outrageous demand for a picture is one way that they limit returns and refunds. I have never come across any other online vendor that requires that you either own a Smartphone, upload the picture to your computer, and be able attach it to the Refund Request Form... OR... have a camera with a smartcard, take the picture and then upload it to the pc and attach it to the form.

BE SMART! DO NOT ORDER BEFORE GOING UP TO THE INTERNET BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND READING ABOUT WISH.COM AND THEIR "SISTER" ONLINE COMPANIES. DO NOT CONTINUE TO PURCHASE CHEAP ITEMS FROM CHINA--IT'S ALWAYS A RIP-OFF.

They will take your money today and if you are lucky you might receive your order in 2 months.
Regardless of the Coronavirus their service is crap. You following their tracking and the parcels sit in some distribution center for weeks.
Amazon. EBay, anywhere is better than this.
Wish is the correct name, Wish you luck if you get what you ordered in a reasonable time.

Always money refunded.
I am trying wish for the first time.

If the $1 deals don't work how can I trust buying more expensive or larger items!

I had received messages that my order was confirmed but instead of having the second message that my order is on its way I received a message that my order was refunded because my order was "not processed" in time?!

Yet when I looked up the items again on wish they were still being offered at $1
What is going on?
Is this a hustling platform?

Pathetic

I would give this app a perfect 0 star if possible. On 4 occasions I had bought things and waited more than 3 months, but still hasn't come, and they keep extending the date of delivery, this is the worst app possible and they have automatic reply customer support which does not really answer your questions. Absolutely pathetic to wait 4 months for a delivery...

I have been waiting for over $300.0 worth of products from this company going back all the way to March it is now halfway through August! The company refuses to refund my money as they say they cannot do so well the item is in transit. However they keep adjusting the delivery by date never ever buy anything from this company it is a fraud!

Did order lots if stuff from wish. Whatever reached me, was very cheap product, lots of the items were not functioning and ugly, in addition, although I paid for single shipments, was surprised that a total of 9 items was packed onto one single shipment... stuff was Not the same as advertised.
Now the big agony: following ordered on June 13. Few items supposed to be received July 24, changed to Aug. 2, changed to Sept. 3 and now after checking, noticed that it was changed again to Oct. 11.
Other items ordered on June 2 and they were supposed to be received on July 11, changed to Aug. 23 and now after checking, they changed again to Sept. 30.
The biggest handicap is that there is No One that could be approached to complain about these unnecessary delays or get an explanation as to why they keep changing and changing the arrival of the stuff.
I guess these people are simply trying to make quick money... Note to all readerd: don't gamble with this useless company. They think they are the kink of the castle with their cheap and ugly product and they do allow themselves differing shipments month after month.
As far I am concerned am confident that I will never receive the pending items and consequently list 350.00 dollars...

I ordered a clothing item from Wish.com. The site stated that these items run true to size so I ordered the size I have been for the last 50 years - XXL. I paid with PayPal.

First Wish charged my PayPal account for two identical items. I got that reversed. I placed the order on May 9,2020. They processed the order on May 10 and told me that it had shipped on May 13th with an estimated delivery date of May 14th to May 29. The item did not arrive and the tracking information stopped on May 23rd.

Then Wish sent me an email asking if I had received the item. I told them that I had not and requested a refund because it seemed that the order was lost in China. The changed the estimated delivery date and sent me a copy of their terms which state that you cannot get a refund as long as they keep changing the estimated delivery date.

I tried to point out that Wish had not sent me (and probably did not have) any tracking proof that the item was moving through their shipping process. They just changed the estimated date to keep from having to send me a refund. So, I protested the PayPal payment and when I still had not received the item 35 days after the estimated shipping window closed, PayPal sent me a refund. Wish had never responded to PayPal's request for additional information. Good on PayPal, bad on Wish.

90 days after I ordered the item, and still without comment from Wish, the item arrived. It does not fit (far too small - I probably should have ordered a 4XL which would be the equivalent of a U.S. 2XL). And it was very poorly made. I know, I know, I already got my refund from PayPal and so can't try to get Wish to send the right size. But I really wanted what they described for use during the hottest part of the summer. Now I have nothing and even though I paid nothing, it is too late to fulfill my need for this summer. So, I will never buy from Wish.com again and I wish I hadn't tried in the first place. Be warned. This is not a reliable vendor.

Don't Do It!
