I ordered 2 items, ballistic vests at $195 each. After I hit the submit button, they increased the price to $249 each. Plus shipping and tax! I then immediately tried to cancel the order the customer service line said it wasn't activated and to go to customer support online in which a bot said they had a no cancellation policy. Stay away. Typical scam site.

I got a makeup sprayer item similar to the expensice $150 one, only cheaper. It was missing parts and never did work. I complained for weeks, and they said time had passed to return. I sent the crap product back to the CEO with an autographed copy of my book. Neither he nor the Customer Service has ever responded or done anything that remotely resembles customer service. This is a crappy web site. Save your money and go to another web site. They are much better.

I had written another review of the horrible treatment that wish's customer service had given me. What devious liars they are. So I branched out and made a complaint to the better business bureau before my 30 days to request a refund were up so that it would be documented that I was requesting one. Less than a week after BBB contacted the company, they sent a message that they would refund the full amount, including shipping. They did not ask for the measly one wrench, out of 1299 that I was supposed to get, back. So they said 30 days on the refund, still waiting after a week later.

I have been ordering from wish for some time now and although more than 50% of the products I order never made it to my residence, I was ok with it as I was always refunded. Last month I bought an underwater waterproof flashlight which was all but waterproof. When I mentioned this I got a very unprofessional and rude response that " I ABUSED MY ACCOUNT" and that I can still shop but I can never have a refund again! I wrote to them requesting an explanation and an apology but I never had a reply back! Have a guess if I'm buying from them again ever!

Ordered 12 July 2020. Request refund after 4.5 months nothing arrived. Got a credit thus have to order from them again.
Another order was placed on the 31st August 2020 we now on the 13 December 2020. Its niw 3.5 months later and still nothing. Queried delivery and was given partial refund I think 5%. And ask to wait bit longer. What now? Wait any longer and get a credit again?

Can you imagine level of frustration when you finally after 2 months of waiting (suppouse to be 4 weeks at most) receive thing that totally different from one you ordered. Don't even waste your time buying anything from Wish. If you want cheap things and have time to wait buy from aliexpress. Never had an issue with them.

Be very careful when selecting and making a purchase based on the pricing and picture shown on their website. Most often, the item, quantity and/or the price change when you go to purchase. The price shown in the picture will increase substantially depending on your selection inside the options. This, of course, is not; indicated when you open the picture, thinking your getting a great deal. Misleading ads. Quality of the product? That is open for debate.

This company is the most dishonest company ever they say one thing and they don't follow through like items that have been not sent to me by certain date and it's 5 days or more late they will return I mean they will start a return policy that is a bunch of b******* I have stuff that 6 to 7 days late and I go there and they give you the same message it must be weather conditions it must be packaged volume and then they give you another message saying if it proceeds over 5 days we will start a return policy it's been 6 to 7 days and they give me the same message over and over do not trust this company they are full of s*** and you'll never get a customer service representative

Ordered 3 items on separate orders / days. Initial arrival date was July-Sept and then October - even now in December it says arrival October 2020. Never received any of 3 items. Gor refund yesterday for one and the other 2 they offering me Wish Cash. How useful is that when none of orders were ever delivered?

I ordered an item in June. The shipping date was changed 3 times. I understood. After it still did not arrive 3.5 months later, I asked for a refund. They said please wait a while longer. So I did, I asked again for my money back in October and they said I am past the 30 day return policy. I was just doing as they asked and now they won't give me my money. This is a very bad business model. They are in the business of stealing money.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
