When my items did not arrive in a timely way for pickup, I contacted customer service for their alleged "FULL" refund, and they refunded me less than the items cost me, and did not refund taxes or shipping I paid for items I never received. Instead they refunded me an arbitrary figure that did not correspond to the amount I paid, or anything on my invoice!

I ordered some ink cartridge replacements, first order was cancelled in about a week, no reason given. Re ordered from a different seller on October 3. Item was finally delivered on November 21! And it was not what I ordered. It was a refurbished cartridge, I had ordered original Canon. It was not the XL, extended life either.
Wish did automatically refund my purchase price when I still had not received it on November 10. That was the only positive aspect to this transaction.

Hi after 2+ years of ordering from these scammers spending $800+ every month don't do it. You will never get your money back even though the sellers make a promise and it states it in the policy. I had to email the CEO at *******@wish.com by force just like my 1 start forced rating nothing will be done, so don't buy this cheap crap that comes from china unless you want bat aids.

Bought a cellphone from Wish. It couldn't be registered on our networks, the memory wasn't what they said, photos were horrible. They wouldn't refund me my money without the shipping label. Also got some flash drives and SD cards. Every one of them wouldn't work correctly. When I complained, they just sent some more that didn't work.

Awful platform. Terrible customer service There size chart is not even real. I ordered 2XX for a gift for a friend and it was just barely bigger than me and I am a medium. I ordered the medium for myself (exact same item) and it didn't even fit! Same thing with lingerie for my wife, I orded medium and nothing fit. I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted them to send me the correct size. But all I got was automated replies from a BOT. And forget about customer service. You can only leave a message that may or most likely never get responded to. Do yourself a favor and skip over Wish. I will stick to Amazon!

Ive ordered several items. It did not even reach delivery status. If you query automatically it says give another 30 days or longer. Ive lost quite a lot of money. Or status said delivery without nothing at post office. Wish also automatically decided if you do not answer yu loose money. SCAM SCAM.

Don't buy products from wish it's a scam they sell counterfeit products and use bait and switch scams if it's too good to be true it usually is

Terrible platform. I've place 2 orders that go weeks without being fulfilled then finally get a refund. Wish does not vet the sellers so plenty of listings are bogus. If I could give negative stars I would. Of course the products are generally cheap and poor quality but the biggest poor quality feature about them is their horrible customer service. I used the chat feature because I tried to just use my rewards points for one discount if deducted it 3X the correct amount. One employee told me they had refunded the amount and it never showed but when I pressed the issue others repeatedly told me it's non refundable and kept ending the chat! Those points are earned from being a customer. So I was lied to and then not helped, terrible service, the worst I ever seen. Save yourself the time and ship elsewhere.

I buy a ton of stuff from Wish. Yes, it takes forever to get what you order, but I know that going in. For the most part things a great. There have been a few clunkers over the years, but at these prices, who cares. Can't wait for my next orders to get here

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
