I downloade the app a while ago to kind of look around at things I could probably make for myself but since then have made plenty of purchases. Some of them have been very good while others have been disasterous.
I highly recommend being very careful when shopping for beauty products or electronics on this site/app because they may just be losses and you've paid all that money and waited for a month (in some cases) just to throw it all away.
When buying clothes I recommend taking your measurements first and then checking all of the size charts and photos available. I'm a Medium - Large when I go shop at Khol's, JCP, Macy's, but on this site/app I'm usually a large - XXL. Sometimes the fabric can be very cheap and thin so make sure to see all the photos that customers may have submitted.
Shipping takes a while on most items. You ay occasionally be surprised with an arrival of a package within a week of order confirmation but it's not common. Shipping is generally really cheap - I haven't seen anything higher than $5 (USD).
This site can be okay but it is very hit and miss. Everything is Made in china. I would never buy clothes from them because they make them very small not according to US sizes. Everything is cheap. Some things I have ordered have been very cute like panties, watches, bracelets, kids stuff. But some things have been made so extremely wrong it's really funny... buy at your discretion... Stocking stuffers?
I purchased a jacket from this site, I was careful to size up, since the sizes are mostly for Asian people so even if you wear a Medium or Small US size, you have to get an XL or XXL or it will not come close to fitting. The jacket arrived fairly quickly, but opening the package, there was a weird mesh packaging material that STUNK! It smelled absolutely terrible, like dead rotting fish or something. It almost made me gag it was so terrible. This was not a leather smell at all. It smelled like where something had died. I threw out the mesh packaging that was stinking so bad, & flies started getting on it, it was that terrible! The jacket fit okay, but it had strings coming out of the seams, & was of poor quality. Not like the pictures at all. I tried hanging it out in the fresh air to try and get rid of the smell, inside out and rightside out, but nothing would remove the odor. I sprayed it with Febreeze, & it's a bit less now but still very strong.
WHAT in the world would cause such a terrible odor? I never ever have had this on any item before. It's very poor quality Chinese import. Typical lousy Chinese product, terrible quality, but the smell was so overpowering other people smelled it. I paid hard-earned money for the coat but it will probably go to Goodwill now. This company needs to inspect their products before shipping to customers. Don't order from them unless you want a cheap Chinese import that smells like $#*!.
I ordered nearly $80.00 worth of goods through wish, waited a week then got an email saying I was being refunded the order. They couldn't fulfill it. Why couldn't they have told me that when I ordered the stuff at the beginning, so what you see online probably isn't even there. Garbage... don't waste your time even looking.
They have great deals but lots of the images online are quite deceiving. Online shopping involves risk as is, but Wish is very difficult to gauge sizes, colors, etc. If that's not bad enough, the return process is suuuch a pain (you have to go back and forth with emails, and it won't let you return anything without an image of the product (showing WHY you didn't like it... like what is that), and they won't pay for shipping to return anything). I won't be buying anything else from them.
Wonderful selection but quality is sometimes not so good although I do like some nice quality items received.
I ordered small things, just to see how fast shipping is and the quality. Have to say, came sooner then thought and I love my new stunner shades (sun glasses)! They r da bomb. Do it! Now. What are you waiting for!? Do it! -Shia lebouf-
Great cheap bargains but you need to be very aware that what you get is not always the same as what the pictures look like. Ie: clothing looks great but when received its very cheap material or poorly made.
Ive bought a few things from wish, remember to always look at the reviews of the product.
Sometimes cheap and great material! And sometimes really cheap and terrible material!
So it depends on the item it is. It does take a very long time for your item to be delivered.

If you dont have patience then i do not recommend this website.
Other than that its got some pretty awesome deals!
I use them all the time, never had a problem getting a refund, no time wasted if you're not happy with a purchase. I feel safe buying from wish.com they are a trusted company.
If you are buying clothes, remember the sizing is for small frames, but everything else I've order I have been completely happy with for the price I paid
Really cheap and good service. The app itself is excellent. I have had some great purchases but some of the clothes are so badly made with the cheapest material they were only good for the charity shop!
You get what you pay for I suppose, saying that I have had some excellent bits off there!
I bought two things off wish recently, both were as expected. If you are paying $5 for a sweater, you should know it won't be amazing quality. My only complaint is that the shipping takes around two weeks. The customer service is great and refunded a purchase the day I requested it.
I bought a sweater... it was not at all what I expected. The quality is not good and I'll not buy from this site again.
