I have ordered quite a few things from "wish". Everything was good at first, but my last two orders... about 90% never arrived. So you have to ask for refund, which usually works okay... but what is the point in all this? WORST shopping experience EVER! Not going to order again, nor my friends! Thanks for nothing.

I am waiting for my refunds on orders I canceled before the orders were processed. Will I ever get my money back or is this all a scam?

For the most part, my experience with this website has been great. There are some items that are worrisome but that always depends on the "store" it comes from. I've only ever had one item(out of the ten or so that I have ordered)that didn't show up on time, but the company sent me a note apologizing and gave me a free little bag as compensation. My item then came about two weeks later.

Were about to order this shoe rack which suppose to be free, click on to buy button, it changed from being free to costing $5.00 plus shipping and handling. What happened to it being free! Why you couldn't just say it's $5.00 plus shipping and handling. Why the lies? It's not a good look. Very bad for your business. I don't even want it now. Hard to deal with a company you can't even trust.

I order 8 items only received 2 items,, requested a refund and they said give it 5 more days, never received nothing, please don't waste your time or money,, the worst

Ordered stuff in November 2015 didn't receive till January 2016. Crappy quality and very cheap products. Looks nothing like the picture.

I bought 4 items 2 of the 4 I got but one of them wasnt what I paid for it was a sauna belt that you had to plug into the wall but the plug wouldnt fit in any outlet and then another of my packages somehow got delievered to an old address in the same order what the hell and the last one was a no show 1 out of 4 items really -_- I dont have money to waste like this

This site takes a little long to receive your order but considering that they come all the way from China I don't guess 2 weeks is all that long, the purse insert organizer is much nicer than I expected for the price. I may just use it out of a purse. This was my first time to do business with Wish and was more or less a trial run. They pass as long as I don't need my items in a rush.

Bought a 1TB USB Flash Drive from them. It was counterfeit and not nearly the size represented.
Lodged a PayPal dispute and hope I get my money back.

My Paypal account says that i have received the refunds for cancelled orders but no money at all has been refunded to my bank account. Because of this i lost over 100 dollars. Please help

I love wish, really do. I get my packages on time, but I have one dilemma. I'm trying to get a gift for my boyfriend "His and Her" and I can't mail it to his and my address. :(

I have order 2 items since Octuber 2015 never received them $#*!ers yet am asking for refund but no one is $#*!ing responding me.

Wish looks totally legit, the domain itself can testify, if it hasn't been taken down as a scam then it must be legit in some form or another. I just bought a watch for $2, I personally don't care if it comes in the time limit, if I end up getting it it will be a good-looking watch for only $2! If it doesn't come at all then well, I've only spent 2 dollars and that's nothing to get upset about!

I ordered 2 products a few weeks ago. After I paid for them, I got the confirmation in my inbox that they would be shipping soon. After that, I never got any more emails from them. So I went to log in to check on my orders... It said my e-mail address is non-existent in their database. It was existent when I ordered the products and they took my money! Lesson learned.
