I was an idiot and did not read the reviews prior to using this app. Let me tell you, it has been nothing but disappointing! I spent $170 on JUNK, CHEAP JUNK! This is China crap! Too small, inaccurate descriptions, tainted makeup, stinky clothes, and materials used not fit for humans! AND GET THIS EVERYONE! MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN soon after using this site! It's the only place my card was used! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY FAST!

I ordered a hoverboard pre-xmas using my Paypal account. Wish.com put the orders on hold as they wanted me to confirm my ID by faxing in various documents. I used a 10 year old Verified Paypal Business account so asking me to provide documents sounds a bit dodgy and provided resistance 101. I cancelled the order and eventually got refunded and closed my account, but they did not want to let this lead go, took them ages. Horrible buying experience.
I sent everything they asked for as to how do I get a product resent with no answer. It's like they answer the question with the information that I gave them!
I bought 3 things a high waited skirt jeans with lace siding and a skull mask for my sis I got the pants last week on thursday and it smelled pretty bad so I washed it and it still smelled but now they smell ok and I like them alot it is now 2/9/16 and my skirt should be hear thursday or friday and my skull mask should be hear next week but other than this the jeans looked exactly like the picture and it shipped fast I would recommend I like wish thanks
I will never buy clothes but will always buy accessories: bags, purses, jewellery, socks, scarves etc. the clothing is always too small. Everything else's - no problem.
Do not buy anything from here. Ever. The product pictures are all ripped off the internet so the real, * product doesn't have to be shown.
Most often times, you'll get the product, and it will fall apart the next day, or you'll open your package to a huge, disappointing * from china that in no way matches the description of the item bought.
Want a refund? Wish.com will gladly tell you to * yourself with its non existent customer service.

Ordered some necklaces for mu daughter n her friend it is now 3 wks past when they were to arrive any nothin! N can not get ahold of anyone at wish to find out whats goin on! Not happy at all
They give you a shipping date that is almost a month out and they STILL cannot get it to you on time. Then, when you ask, their "customer service" people tell you to allow "at least 30 days from the date you order" (then WHY provide a date to begin with?). THEN, it still doesn't arrive by that new due date! I finally just cancelled my order because I was so sick of dealing with them, but now still have not received my refund! WORST COMPANY EVER! UGH!
I've bought several, several items. Been very pleased with all the jewlery. Clothes on the other hand I'm normally an XL and I have to get a 3X. Most clothes are cheeply made but for what you pay you can't complain
Ive noticed that the photos advertised in many of their ad's are not photo's of the actual merchandise being sold. The products i received were sloppy cheap versions of the ones shown in the picture. Very deceiving. Save your $
The items take a long time to arrive but worth the wait. Prices are so low that I had my doubts about the quality of the product but the products were actually very good. I ordered a 10 Items over Christmas. 2 items never arrived. Could have been a problem with the post office rush over Christmas but I contacted wish.com by email and they replied immediately. Very pleasant and issued a refund with no hassle. The best thing I bought was a hair straightening brush. They sell on tv for $250 but I only paid $22 and It works beautifully.

If you get random charges from UBER.com etc... this is from vendors in europe using your card info. It; as been verified through wells fargo fraud department. The products were fine but not worth risking more fraud so i will not be ordering from them
I ordered 2 blue tooth headsets. They were fake. They would not sync to my phone or my friends. I have returned them for a refund. I had to pay for shipping even though they were flawed. I was corresponding with them but I don't think they understand English. I was surprised this company is so bad since I hear it advertised on Pandora. I guess as long as they pay for the advertisement it good.
I haven't had a bad experience yet. I bought several things and granted, it takes awhile to get, but everything I received is good and you can't beat the price. I have not ordered any techno stuff, nor do I plan to. I ordered a lot of knick knacks, stocking stuffers, etc. I would get emails from them with the status of my orders or if I had received the item yet. If I responded "no", the seller contacted me immediately with an update. I guess I was lucky compared to all the other reviews I've read.
I really like how cheap everything on wish is, I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago and still have yet to recieve them, I just don't understand why it takes almost a month to receive my items?
I've ordered lots of things off wish and I have received them all. Im happy with everything I got. Some things did take a while to get to me and thats ok seeing as its coming from china. But not all sellers are in china. I see that some people have had bad experiences but there's always a risk with buying online. If your paying a few bucks for something that's normally expensive of course its gonna be made cheaply. You get what you pay for, people seem to forget that.
So I don't know how Wish seems to mess up so many orders... I've never had a problem with them. The first time I only ordered one thing because I was very skeptical. It was a shirt with an alternative looking Disney princess on it. I loved it and I still do! It is awesome quality! So then I bought more things. I think I've made around 10 orders on this app and each one, although receiving different packaging per item (sent from different companies) and coming at different times and taking a long time to be delivered (understandable considering it's all the way from China), upon opening, were great! I ordered one electronic item (a galaxy/star thing that looks pretty when turned on... overall 4.5 out of 5 stars because it was slightly bad quality... just slightly) and everything else was clothing.
On December 5th 2015 my fiance and I discovered this website. While I figure the products are not real I really just wanted to purchase a couple of rings for us to have in styles that we each like so the other would have an idea of what the other wants when we go to purchase our engagement and wedding bands separately. To this date I have yet to receive either of the rings I paid for. I asked for a refund and was told my rings would be reshipped to me and that I would receive a refund and be able to keep my purchase free of charge as a "token of apology". I was then only refunded half of my money and still no product. I took a chance on this website and I regret it. I took back all my recommendations to my friends and family members because I feel that this website is just one great big scam.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
