Recently i ordered a case for my phone on WiSH. What i actually have received was scandalous, amateurish and disgusting.
Or i am going to re-order by this website? The answer is definetly no!
I went on there site and put the app on my phone. To check out the items that they had at reasonable prices. Not knowing that they would take my money then block me from the site. I paid $395.68 for my items I received a confirmation email from them. Then two days later I received another email from them stating that they blocked me from their website. I've never heard of a business doing this before I normally shop on amazon. And that's where I will continue on shopping I will never shop on Wish again nor will I refer it to any of my friends and I will be taking it off my Facebook too. So be warned that they will take your money they have no real customer service number to call so you can find out what's going on and they don't answer their emails for up to three days.
I purchased a pair of boots which I never received, I was given three different arrival dates which never came. I checked the site to track my order and it said it was shipped but I never received it. I really was looking forward to my items but they just $#*!ed me out my money. This site is a scam...
THEY TOOK 400 POHNDS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! I was given that money by a late relative who saved her whole life for me to go to college. I was broke and used a little of money to get christmas presents and all my money was gone. I'm trying to pay it all back in by working but i'm only young it's hard
They will blank your order history and you have no way to get your item if not received.

I had to deactivate my Facebook acct cuz of hackers. My entire order history got deleted when I did that. I have not received the order history back and give me one lying useless link after the other. They wanted me to send a screenshot of my debit card purchases because I saw a charge I can't account for. That proves that they have my order history. They even gave me a fake Imgur link! I hope they rot in hell!
Ordered 4 items at the beginning of December 2016 several delays and b. S. apologies 1 item arrived 3 have been refunded and supposedly I can keep the other 3 when they arrive. They are in transit for the past 45 days over the expected and delayed x2 delivery. I will never buy from this site again. The one item that did arrive was definitely NOT what was advertised and what I thought I was buying.
Order several jewelry sets from wish and items was like plastic that was already broken apart in package on arrival.Be very careful when placing orders on Wish.

After two months, I finally filed a claim with PayPal to get a refund. Instead of a refund, they shipped the product right away. From other reviews, it would appear this is their business model.
I've used them for 1 or 2 years now and i have little to no complaints. Skip the complaints, because Wish are the best shopping mall, you can find in your pocket. The best costumer service, money-back gurantee and of cause, some awesome products. Some better than others.
Wow i cant believe its the same story with almost everyone! Mine is the same; i ordered some items about two months ago still havnt got $#*! cant email them because it keeps telling me sending failed inbox full so im assuming their email is full from everyone wondering what the $#*! is going on. My question is how can Wish be a sponsored app when they rip so many people off?
Ordered 3 items. Two were received after 2 months, one of these 2 was the wrong color.
The third item has still not shown up after 3 months.

I've ordered many things from wish, purses wallets makeup brushes, makeup, a few shirts. I've only ever had maybe two problems I ordered a curling iron for maybe 20 bucks, it usually takes a while (as the site SAYS) it came and it didn't work I got my money back within a week. No problem. The only thing I've ever been reluctant to buy off wish are the clothes, I had ordered a T-shirt and when it came I was slightly disappointed because although it was the right design it was a cheap itchy fabric and I haven't worn it since. But the main thing is when your paying no more than literally a COUPLE dollars for something you honestly CANNOT expect it to be something that's high quality if your looking for clothes obviously go elsewhere but anything else I've received was on the day it was scheduled to arrive and I still use all of it to this day.
My daughter orderd and it took 2 months still no package all they say is wait a little longer. It should be there when it says. I will no longer order from wish i think its a scam and a rip off
I ordered 2 items and noticed that the shipping is part of the price - if you buy 1 item you pay 1,- shipping - buy 2 and you pay 2,- and so on. If you buy more items in the same store it schould be in 1 package en you should pay for 1 package.
Furthermore the shipping goes up with the price of the item sometimes 10 - 20 so beware of the cheap prices!
The first and only time I ordered a simple cushion from this website and what did I receive? - an embossing stencil and an email from wish.com saying my order had been delivered. Total crap!
Upon further investigation there is a scam going on whereby either the wrong address or item is being sent masquerading as the item you ordered i. E. in my case (and others) an embossing stencil! The customer service at wish.com is a joke too. You send photos of what you actually received and they still ask for photos. I have now been back and forth for over a week with their "customer services" department and still have not resolved the problem. The police and FBI etc should be notified on this ongoing and widespread scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Every email I sent to this company, I had to resend several times including pictures of the package with the item missing. After 5 weeks... FINALLY they offered a refund, saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific date due to long queue on some accounting procedures." Sounds like there are a lot of unhappy customers in line ahead of me. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
