Damn!

I ordered swimsuot tops. And they said 3day shipment till april 1st. Its already april 16 iuntil now i dodnt recieve any any. Wheres my money. Its only 11$ i just tried to order for that amount. But till now didnt recieved any. Sucks!

I ordered some things over 2 months ago for a wedding, which has an obvious deadline issue. Still never received it! Wasn't counting on having to replace them at the last minute! Extremely upsetting!

Wish has been good to me, I've ordered so many things in the past few months, some have come quickly, others not so quickly, but all of them have been delivered before the delivery dates. Their clothes are a little on the smaller side, I have to order 1 or 2 sizes up sometimes. I can admit that some items are a little misleading, but for the most part everything is good, especially for the price charged. Not many complaints. I'm very pleased!

Really wish I would have read this before I placed my order. My order tracking information has disappeared and I still haven't received my package. Never again! Not worth the headache. I don't know how they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Bad internet shopping experience. Hoping Mastercard really has my back. A dispute is coming.

When i ordered a bathbomb from wish. I opened it and was getting ready to use, once i opened the plastic around the bathbomb, it just fell. It was just powder stuff not even into a ball. Smh...

No idea what happen

I started ordering stuff from Wish most of my orders were charged but never received ok that's one thing, but I must say they did refund the money.
Next thing I could order any more no reason at all, II contacted their customer service and we started an exchange of about 20 emails, all with out giving me a reason why I couldn't order, they asked me for my bank statement, then for my digital card number and after all that the issue was not solved Also saying that I didn't had the correct email and ID number so I had to send them proof of those
Oh they also charged me for items that I did order in the mist of all that and when I did check if those were on the way nope they are not, so again sent an email reply was will contact you with in 48 hours.
Too bad too bad

I ordered some items on wish and what was received was horrible and damaged. When I click to request for return for return the site has disabled my account and I can't even get in to view my order.

Horrible business. Do not engage. It won't be worth your money and time.

Best site for cheap

I really love wish cause its safer to buy from here than from ebay. Ive been scammed on ebay alot and the sellers dont care if you get ur item or not. On wish, Youre pretty much safe! Just remember to check reviews of the product before buying to make sure you know what youre getting.

I have purchased items from Wish.com for a couple of years now. Past items were delivered ok. Recently I've had 3 refunds in a row, as items, after being considerably late, and were never delivered. Wish will give you a refund in such a case, but expecting delivery of items purchaced and consistently not having them delivered has turned me to other sources for similar purchaces.

I placed a order last night for 3 items. After order was process one piece had 2 of the same item. I immediately wrote to customer service because is the only way you can contact them The next day I got a response that it shipped even though all my other pieces did not ship Sorry do not believe that order shipped within the period of two seconds. Orders processed through so quit that you have no way to stop them if you see a mistake so beware. Then they want you to return it at the cost will probably be more than the item and that's how they get you

I own a boutique and wish is ruining it for me. They sell a jumpsuit for $2 that I sell for $18 but mine is not see through, made in the USA, made of cotton and I never miss shipping an order. I have a contact number and email if anything goes wrong. I hope wish is banned, its such a scam. It makes it difficult for business owners as myself to be successful. My website is LiveFabulously. I put items in my cart and it said slide to pay but i never pressed that then a month later i find all these charges for items i put in my cart but never actually bought im so angry because i owe them 75$ in stuff i didnt buy they know all my credit card info and its really crappy f**k u wish

I ordered a few things from wish the first thing was some of the clothing that they sent me they sent the wrong sizes. Second thing was that I ordered five different sets of handbags I never received the order I tracked the package they had no information on the package I even emailed them three different times with my concerns asking for a refund it's been 4 months now and they never got back to me or refund me my money I will never order anything from this app again totally dissatisfied with their service also there's no customer service number that you can call to speak to a live rep this is unacceptable

I bought a fidget hand spinner to help my ADHD and I bought it off Wish. I bought it on march 10th and it never arrived. So I asked support if they could get me a refund or give me a new item and they said by April 6th they could get me a refund. So I waited and on April 7th I asked again and they still refused. Its now April 13th and I am almost getting to the point of contacting a lawyer because I am really mad! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WEBSITE!

EquivalentAll of the idiots on here saying otherwise clearly haven't read the agreement with Wish. First off you are not buying from Wish, it works like amazon or eBay but based in Asia and now the US.
You are buying from different venders and if you do not receive your item by the date wish states, they will refund you all the money if you ask for it and they also notify you that if you still receive the item you can keep it as a gift.

I order stuff from there all the time, and i'd be lying if I said I received all of my items but I have gotten full refunds for everything I did not receive.

Also those complaining about the long shipping time, these items are coming from China and use their equivalent to the USPS. When item are shipped outside of china using that medium, your items sit in port for a minimum of 10 days (could be more) for inspection before they are loaded on a ship and sent to you home.

That's how wish works, use it and love it, or get over it!

It has been 6 months by now, my order is still not delivered. Items look so tempting but delivery is not guaranteed. Sofar I have ordered 4 items, in which none of them are delivered. Customer service is bit Good.
