It is not the best. The charge a shipping fee for all the items. It also never accurate about arrival time. Sometimes item never arrive & it is very difficult to contact customer service. But some item are actually worth it.

I ordered 2 chef knives, they did not arrive. I complained to Wish Customer Support and said they would send word to the supplier and asked if I still wanted the knives and I said yes and that I would wait, they didnt arrive! I again contacted support and said they would send the knives, so I again paid for 2 more knives and Support said as compensation they would reimburse the cost for the price of the knives and postage (to my knowledge this hasnt happened yet as Ive had no noteification) and that if those knives arrived please keep them as a show of their good faith! I am thoroughly disgusted! I then brought a 3 knive set from another company and the same thing has happened. The funniest thing is I told another Chef how good the knives looked so he purchased a 6 knife set and they were delivered within 2 weeks. I find this whole episode an expensive lesson, to make matters worse Wish notifications contacted me saying the 3 knife set had arrived and this pretty much was the straw that broke the camels back because Im home every day and these knives have not been delivered to me. I am talking to my wife and I am even going to contact the Ombudsman for Online purchases to see if I can get Wish shut down, so they cant trade in Australia. Im a simple person purchasing products from you in good faith, paid my hard earned cash in good faith and find Im being treated like a bit of dirt! I have now paid for 7 knives through Wish and as of yet not one has arrived!
My items always end up being delayed and late and sometimes never show up. The first month or two of me using the app, items came before they were supposed to come. No my items come weeks after they were supposed to arrive. Not really satisfied but what can you do for a dollar item
Wish that standard shipping could be faster and more tracking updates on all items and sellers other then that pretty good experience
The coats I ordered were too small. I am still waiting for 2 eye shadows brown and blue. I really hope I get them soon. I know they are coming from China but everything else came in a timely manor. These did not for some reason.

I give 5 stars on the speed that the vendors get my shipments out of China but I wish that there was some way when shipments arrive in US they could get to my home quicker.
Wish have alot of things and I am very happy to shop there. But the Point I get never last longer then a week so it sad to never get it used.
Many items are very poor quility and over priced and wish won't listen when we do tell them that businesses are over charging more. You buy a jacket it says 11.00 but you click the size you need and its 19.00. Switch and bait.
I never recevied my jacket... but wish did refund me and if it does show up which i don't look it coming someone stole it in the mail

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
