I ordered some rings from this Wish Company there products are fake. They take pictures of the original product and publish it as there's. What they sale and send you is junk cheap fakes. Advice don't waste your time and money.
I will do anything to keep people from wasting their money at wish.com. I found a decent deal on an e-bike so I placed an order. I put it on my pedal credit card. I had an uneasy feeling and contacted wish throughout the transaction. Wish assured me that everything was okay that I would be getting my tracking number and my product in a very timely manner. I finally received my tracking number from UPS. So you UPS said my package was delivered on time at 1:30 on a specific day. I was home at 1:30 that specific day UPS never even dropped by. I contacted them the UPS representative said that the tracking number I gave them was a scam. I contacted wish to get a refund they led me in circles for so long with so many hundreds of emails that I missed every window to reconcile this problem. Wish shows me that they participated willingly in the scam. I'm filing reviews and complaints with every company I can find it will listen like this one. Wish know this, I will find a way to sue you and get my money back from you you rotten company. I highly recommend not doing business with wish.com.

Wish has improved a lot. You can choose Wish select items very good quality products. The shipping time also has been improved.
After reading some of the reviews on-line I decided to go ahead and purchase a couple of Christmas Presents. I purchased two Seiko Watches. Well as you can expect both watches were FAKE. Really nice fakes but fake all the same. I contacted Seiko and they sent me to their fraud Dept. I am in the process of packing the watches to send to them now as they are going to trade me a real one for the fakes and the receipts as I guess they want to follow up on who is ripping them off in China. The next problem was they tried to use my credit card a month after the purchase. The credit card company told me to stay off this website as this is a problem for them. In conclusion if a price is to good to be true, It Is. Wish is a website set up to help rip people off. Stay away or loose your money.

I ordered something two years ago from Wish and it never came in and also emailed them about it.
Of course they never got back to me. This time, I ordered shoe boxes and it didn't match the description of the picture. They're such a scam. They need to be closed down. I sent the package back. Sellers send items that somewhat resemble what you think you're buying, and Wish.com makes it impossible to get a refund. Spend your money at a flea market instead, at least then you know that you're buying garbage instead of being led to believe you'll get anything of quality. Gave them one star rating as negative five stars isn't an option.

They have withdrawn money (SEK 1150. 9) WITHOUT me buying anything! Contacted them, but still no answer, you have to wait for MORE! Days! Contacted Klarna ("Klarna * wish com" on the bank statement), they reacted strongly and that is completely wrong! And said I have to make a police report and contact the bank - Wish is trying to cheat! SCAMMERS!

I've just received my order and I'm really happy with it. I was sceptical because I ordered before I read the reviews, but I needn't have worried. The only thing I will say is that they are made of a stretchy material so they fit snugly. I was impressed with the speed of delivery.
I've ordered a few items through them. Half of them never turned up. I went to complain and found out I wasn't eligible for a refund because I was outside the 30 days refund policy. This is very unethical, on the app it clearly shows that the items have not been delivered compared to my others.

Product was clearly a counterfeit. Took over a month of back and forth to resolve with their support. Very disingenuous policy and they force you to remove any PayPal claims before they will consider a refund. Dishonest.

No customer service! Your issues bill be returned with an automatic response. Never resolving your issue! I ordered and paid for 20 garlands for a wedding. I got 6. There response was I got my package! Asked for refund on the ones I didn't get. No resolution. Took my money and ripped me off! DO NOT BY ANYTHING would be my advice! Infuriating!

I order a pair of MEN"S HARNESS BOOTS which showed the price of $25.00 on the picture of this product. In ordering the price changed to $ 55.00 an increase of 120%. I complained to Wish and their written answer was that prices change due to size and color which I felt was absurd.
After that I did a test on my original by ordering 2 different sized and 2 different colors. The same $25.00 went to $55.00 on eavh enquiry.
I then tried 6 other Harness Boots Sites and each and every one had a price change of at least a 100% increase. I then tried 3 Running Shoe sites and the same price increased happened.
Lastly I tried 2 clothing sites and strangely there was NO PRICE increase.
It is obvious that WISH is a very dishonest company, tries to b/s their way around complaints like they did with me and knowingly refuses to retract this false pricing practice.
As WISH is part of a USA Public Company I as an investor would now never consider buying their. Shares.
As a consumer I will never deal with them again for any product.

I had one of my orders not show up and when I asked for a refund they told me that I couldn't get one because it was past their 30 day window for return. I understand this timefram but I don't think that this should apply for items not received.

Nearly impossible to exchange an item of clothing that is sized incorrectly. I have always worn a size L 36 waist. Pants received were no larger than a S/M. Did not fit. It is impossible to successfully process an exchange through their on-line system. You are required to attach at least one (1) photo of the item. Their system will not accept my photos irregardless of the format.

It's amazing how bad the customer service of this website is. Purchased an item that was deliver in the wrong size. Seller sent me a return label and I sent the package back. Item was received and they sent me an email telling me to expect a refund. Its been 2 months and dozens of contacts, but still no refund. No one can seem to figure out something so simple.

Fake, illegal and dangerous goods are being sold on the website Wish.com, a Which? Investigation has revealed. We bought six popular products from Wish.com with prices that looked too good to be true. These included a child car seat, two sets of headphones, a smartphone, a smartwatch and a wireless speaker. The wireless speaker arrived three months later than the estimated delivery date (too late to be included in our investigation) while the smartwatch didn't turn up at all. The other four products were either fake, illegal or dangerous.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
