There is little nice I can say about this site. SOME of the products are ok, but in a GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR world... you pay and get less than the value. SO if you think a 10 inch tablet, 4 HI def video cameras, or even the cameras and system, and even top of the line shoes for 1.00 is a ripoff... IT IS. IT WILL ALWAYS BE RETURNED... They will say... and I quote. Merchant was unable to fulfill order due to limited quantity". That is from the site. They have ZERO $#*!ING QUANTITY... ZERO... HA... what a damn joke. If you want sex toys or jewelry you may be ok. The clothing is always the wrong size. And the DELIVERY TIME IS ATROCIOUS... Good by... WISH... not granted.

On the 19th July I received 3 credits totaling some $19 but stupidly elected to have them credited to my Wish account and not back to my credit card. Shortly thereafter I received an email from Wish advising that I had requested a change of email address and either to follow the link if I did or ignore if I did not. Well I had not requested any changes so ignored the email. I then subsequently discovered I could not log into my account. I thus duly emailed Wish customer service to find out what the problem was. After much backwards and forwards communication I was then advised on the 26th that my account had been placed on permanent hold to prevent any more fraudulent activity and I should open a new account. I thus duly enquired about my unused credits and as of today am still waiting for a reply despite sending many more emails. My account was obviously hacked by someone internally and Wish fail to ackowledge or take any action about it! Shame on you Wish, you guys suck, you are totally dishonest and I will never deal with you again and I advise everybody else to do the same.

You have to remember at these prices you are not getting top quality products. I have ordered many things like bathing suits, bags, blouses beach covers etc and liked them all If anything was not as written I wrote to customer service and either I returned at their expense or they gave me the credit. Do people think they are dealing with Neiman Marcus st these prices? They need to be realistic. I will continue to shop with them!

The saying that you get what you pay for isn't always true. The bayonette (knife addict that fits my AR15 like a glove, well made and razor sharp), the trekking pole (absolutely AWESOME) paracord, ghillie suit and tactical vest for instance were great buys at a fraction of the cost. A few free items like the waterproof lighter and survival wristband are great too, but then the "smartwatch ", laser boresighter, and a few others were junk. You roll the dice, but after dozens of purchases I have definitely come out on top by far. Also, if you don't like what you get, returns are easy and relatively hassle free. I recommend this site to anyone on a budget. It's worth checking for what you need before moving on to Amazon or Ebay.

Crooks, scammers, worse customer service, it is just a piece of crap. Still waiting for my package or my refund.
If you get mad after all the crap they make you go through and dare to call the customer service guy an idiot (as I did), they get offended and threaten to stop responding. "Here is a Tip" Insult the guy that is handling your complaint and you will wake them up and they will start to move their asses. At least you will get an unscripted answer instead of the same crap they usually answer. Anyway I will never order anything else from those crooks and I am making sure to inform everybody I know and will keep posting the reviews they rightfully deserve. Since they treat customers like crap they deserve every negative review they are getting!

Wish is, like I said, okay-ish. Shipping is HORRIBLE and takes forever to receive, however, you get what you pay for. Wish advertises extremely low prices and I'm not exactly sure what you expect when you pay $2 for a shirt? Been there, done that, no thanks. However, when you pay $5 and get a packet of makeup brushes, that's not too bad of a deal. Need a certain color eye shadow or some kind of small costume makeup or jewelry? This is a perfect place to get it. Given the stuff is coming from China, as stated, it is extremely cheap and does take forever. But, if you're willing to wait for something you paid next to nothing for, then this is the place to do it. Only once did I not receive a product. I emailed customer service and they told me if I didn't get my product by a specified date, then they would refund me. I never got the product, and, as promised, they refunded me the full amount. Yes, it took a while to get through the process (2 months if I can remember correctly), but, what can I say? $2 is $2 and you get what you pay for! (Insert "I don't known" emoji)
