Clothes sizes were way off. 2 shirts were supposedly delivered at the same time only 1 was on my porch so it likely wasn't stolen. I also live in a safe neighborhood. Asked for refund and Wish said to wait and see if it would show up although their system said it was delivered. I waited, it never showed up and now they say it's too late! Are you kidding me? I put the request in the day it was supposedly delivered.

Had ordered 3 other shirts XL but the ones delivered were S at best. Wish only refunded 2 of 3 so I guess that's better than nothing. I'll never use this site again. Buyer beware.

This site is a scam. They are nothing else but thieves. I bought hundreds of dollars in merchandise so i could get ready for a trip, after months of waiting for the items, a message came up to my account that I have picked up the items which I never did, tried to contact wish for them to tell me that they are going to refund Wich the only put a little bit of the money on a God damn wish cash, and when I tried to use the money from the wish cash, they didn't use that Cash the used my bank account instead, those people are nothing but thieves and someone should find a way to stop those $#*!ers, they don't even have a valid phone number to conduct customer service. They are just lame all over if I have read those reviews it would have saved me hundreds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE $#*!ERS IT'S JUST NOT WORTH THE MENTAL DISTRESS THAT YOU WILL GO THROUGH IF YOU DO.

Wish sold me a dodgy fake SD card, and eventually gave a credit to my account for this. So, I ordered 2 items over 2 weeks, to use up the credit, and had confirmation of those orders. Then I was notified that I had told them my account was hacked so they closed it. I had not! Furthermore, they had not sent either of the items despite their earlier confirmation. They wanted copies of my passport and bank details before they would reopen my account and release my credit - very disreputable. Eventually PayPal gave me the credit. They should be avoided at all costs.

I PLACED THE ORDER FOR TWO ITEMS. ONE ITEM WAS AT NORMAL PRICE AS COMPARED TO EBAY WHILE THE OTHER ITEM WAS MUCH CHEAPER. THEY CONFIRMED MY ORDER FOR THE NORMAL PRICE ITEM AND CANCEL THE OTHER ITEM. THIS IS THE WAY THEY ATTRACT THE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE THE ORDER. YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. I WILL LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT. I WOULD SAY YOU CAN FIND THE SAME OR CHEAPER PRICES ON THE OTHER ONLINE BUSINESS WITH SHORTER DELIVERY TIME. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANY OF MY CONTACTS.

I have made a purchase of a phone, in the description, they said 128GB, once received it's only 32 GB, and the battery dries quickly, the process of opening a case was easy, they even mark it in the title: Return in Progress, but the problem this $#*!ing wish customer service, keeps telling me, we have sent you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us, which i never received in my email box, even in spam, they didn't send anything to me, I wrote to them more then 5 times, and they keep telling me the same thing, I got in touch with their $#*!ing customer service, same story. So, my advice from my experience. Never deal with this guys, because if there is any issue with your product, just forget it, like mine, is good for garbage. Of course i will never buy from them.

At first glance Wish appears to be the deal of the century, awesome and odd items for cheap! That is until you go to checkout and realize your grand total has doubled due to ridiculous shipping rates. It's an illusion. That tool set you saw for 10 bucks turns out to be a $25 item after shipping, not to mention it'll be a month before you actually receive your order. It appears there is no set of rules regarding shipping costs as they charge what they want regardless of weight, size, etc. They may charge only $2 to ship 2lbs of neodymium magnets while a pack of bumper stickers you could slip in a standard envelope and mail for 50c, may cost you $4 thru Wish. This is where the illusion takes place. They adjust the price of the item to make it look like a good deal, but charge 3x that in shipping fees. You could just as easily find the same item on ebay or Amazon and buy the same item for the same grand total, but receive your item in 3-4 days rather than 3-4 weeks. What costed you $10 to ship from Wish for snail pace delivery, you could get on Amazon for overnight shipping. In the end, for the most part, your paying the same amount you'd pay on Wish as anywhere else. They do deserve some credit however as this is not always the case, and Wish does sell some very cool, oddball items that you usually won't find anywhere else.

Be aware of the FREE offers. FAKE merchandise especially on cellphones. If most people are like me and go thru PayPal after signing in with Facebook then why would WISH want to confirm my identity over $1 shipping on a junk watch? WISH wanted me to upload a instant pic from my camera. Ridiculous huh? Had my Gmail pic up on my WISH account. So why another picture when they have way to much already. I suspect that other people back out as soon as ask for a picture then the shipping charge for the FREE item will take up to 14 days to get a refund. Think about it. Use the money to invest for a period of time and make money of a person's refund for the shipping. This is the days of electronic transactions. Should be instant refund. Gonna make sure I do get my $1 then cancelling the account. No more WISH for me!

This use to be a great place to shop. However, they've changed customer service which is a nightmare and useless. They play a game of pushing your delivery date out before they will provide a refund. The problem with this is your credit card company can't help you recover payment if its past a certain time. I learned this the hard way. If they start pushing the date out go to your credit card company immediately for a refund. Waiting 2 months for merchandise is ridiculous! So, if you want piece of mind don't shop here.

Over 2 years ago around Christmas I bought 2 Luminess airbrush kits for my sister & myself at approx. $41 dollars a piece. 2 years later a very nasty man from Wish.com called me to say that I owed a total of $675.93 total. This was not true and I told him I only ordered 2 kits at approx $41 a piece! I am on disability and have never ordered something at $652.94 and have had 3 serious major surgeries in 5 years time. I did not make a reoccurring order also as it was a Christmas gift for my sister & myself only. We received one kit apiece at #41 dollars approx. The representative became belligerent and insisted I owed over $675.00. I was in ill and in the hospital most of the time after this conversation. He then reported it to a collection agency called Monterey Collections at
Telephone # *******091. They habeen consistently calling me but I hang up as I am recovering from a broken shoulder & broken forearm, had major surgery with titanium replacing my forearm and 14 screws holding my shoulder & forearm in place. I am also in consistent physical therapy every week and cannot handle this added stress. If Monterey Collections & Wish.com do not wipe this off my credit I will be reporting this scam/ fraud to the Federal Trade Commision.

1 star is to much. I have ordered items semi regularly since September. Most of the stuff has arrived but... Less than reasonable quality, some of it doesn't work and some never arrives. Getting a refund is next to impossible. The customer support seems to be 99% automated. You will never speak to a person. After 1 1/2 to 2 months you MIGHT see a refund and still won't have the item. Consider... Price plus shipping, is it really a good deal? GOOD LUCK, with whatever you decide.

What a pile of crap! Their products look good in the photos, but when you buy one you get a cheap fake version. They tell you that they've refunded you, but you never see your money again. When you email them a question you get a variety of automated replies, none of which have got anything to do with the questions asked. I was warned about them, but I guess I didn't believe the reviews.
