Ordered an item on August 23rd.

Its september 17th and i still haven't got it... and their "money-back guarantee" rule is a lie. They didnt refund my order

I bought a few items from Wish and all OK. But then I bought an item that really was not what I expected so I decided to return it. I had collected the item from one of their official drop off points. The drop off points also deals with returns so I took it to them. They scanned the item and said that was it - the scanned code would be communicated to Wish's system and I should receive my refund in a week or so. It has been weeks now and still no refund. I have contacted Wish's customer service repeatedly and explained the situation. They just send a standard message asking for tracking number - even though when your return using their official drop off points there is no tracking number. They then close the case and I start the whole process over again. They simply will not address the actual issue and so refuse to give the refund. I will never use Wish again.

Fist couple of orders went off without a hitch decent product shipping is super slow price's made up for slow shipping. Checking my bank info i discovered they set up automatic payments i didn't authorities these payments little over $100.00 when i tried to contact them no response now the account has locked me out buyer beware.

My portable power station wasn't delivered to the right address and because it was confirmed delivered that I can't be allowed for refund. The supplier of the item wrote a wrong address, I'm not getting a refund. Not a good refund policy. I paid for $108.00 item I didn't receive.

I ordered several items however I only received a fraction of them. All they have are automatic answers. I contacted them in time for a refund but with certain products they asked me to wait longer. I had no choice in the matter Their aim was to exceed the 30 day refund policy. I am never going to buy anything else from them. I will uninstall my App.

This is just a scam! Billion-dollar company based on deception! Keep away. Bunch of liars and scammers!

I purchased 6 dresses from Wish - they were lovely in the online pics and the prices were great! I'm a 4x (plus-sized) and hadn't ordered from Wish b4, so I ordered all the dresses in 5x to make sure they fit. What I received was, one 5x dress that DID fit (no complaint about size with that one), two dresses were 2x, one dress was 4x but was clearly NOT even near a 4x, the last dress was 3x. The "quality" of the dresses was horrible! I'm not bothering to send them back - just too much trouble, since they did NOT include a Receipt or Packing List. So very disappointed:-( If you're looking for quality, efficiency and just plain honesty, DON'T shop Wish.com!

Bought cellular phone that was advertised to be unlocked and able to be activated on t-mobile. Received the phone and was informed by 2 different t-mobile stores that the phone could not be used on their system. Attempts to contact Wish and invoke the 30 day money back guarantee led to no response. Crooks.

I like to shop for the best deal however with WISH the advertising is key for them they will use a name brand item and use those pictures and description to promote their knockoff item. Example- Cold Steel Knives. I have found that the most of their products are of inferior quality (China) and dose not represent the advertising methods used. So in closing I would like to say - " The sweetness of a cheap price doesn't out weigh the bitterness of poor quality". Deleted the app I'm done!

I ordered a tent, material very flimsy. Ordered a wrong size. Return cost me $67 using barcode they sent.(non refundable) Never again will I order from Wish!

This agent Phillip knew jack $#*! how to engage with this "we love liu" supplier it is the second time these guys did not deliver the product that I ordered and why is it that Wish allows these crooks to use your platform! Why is it that I can't interface talk direct with " we love liu shop" why is their detail not on the query and rating page! Just send me my complete order! I don't if it was a third party for Wish, but when I started ordering from wish years ago I had no problems. But within the past year they have rip me off and I don't know if its a third party or not but wish did not take care of it. They didn't want to be bother with me i guess cause the stuff I was ordering was the items and I keep telling them this is not what I ordered and they just shut me down! But the last thing I ordered was an Ice Machine and they sent me a Ice Scoop! Then I ordered a Jacket that was a size to small, they told me to send it back and I did the next day! I have not heard from wish and they kept leading me on by saying that they are waiting on it. My tracking said it was delivered there but they say they didn't have it. Pay Pal said it's pass the time for a claim! So they fit there Jacket back and kept my money! So I can't do Wish no more it has became a scam and I will let everyone know on all my Social Media out lets!

1) I received the wrong product
2) I had to pay for something I didn't order
3) They show a picture of a product and you receive a CHEAP knock off
4) Return and Refund policy is very unuser friendly
5) I had wait over a month for delivery

My order should have been delivery intercepted and re-directed to deliver to my home free of charge! My order should've been sent to my home free of charge! I did nothing wrong! Wish you had this store Coffee and Cream located at 3775 Concord Parkway S Concord NC ******* set up as a designated Wish pick up location. This is not a designated WISH pick up location! I waited a month and a half for all of my husband's 50th birthday decorations for his surprise party in two weeks! I do not have any decorations for his party HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND I WILL TAKE TO MY BLOG TO NOTIFY OTHERS DO NOT SHOP WISH!

I have a HUGE following and presence on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS!
I'm STARTING MY LIVE VIDEO SOON TO SHARE WITH MY FOLLOWERS MY WISH PICKUP EXPERIENCE. HOW HORRIBLY WRONG IT WENT AND WISH DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP MYSELF THE CUSTOMER IN RECEIVING THE ITEMS THEY PAID AND WAITED 45 DAYS FOR! THEY SHOULD HAVE INTERCEPTED THE PACKAGE AND CHANGED DELIVERY TO MY HOME!

I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR SHIPPING PAID FOR ITEMS I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE!

Please do not purchase any items from Wish! Very misleading regarding the item that I purchased. Paid close to £70, expecting a good quality and lovely outfit. The costume turned up folded a number of times and squeezed into a bag sent all the way from China! The product was awful, certainly not worth the amount paid. They were also an absolute nightmare with regards to getting a refund. They said they would refund me but I am still chasing for it months later. Dodgy, dodgy company - you have been warned

I had gotten a couple of things from them no problems but then two items were lost or stolen and they wouldn't refund or replace the items they wouldn't even refund the money so I could reorder the exact same items then I ordered pair of pants they sent the wrong size and when going to their website they want you to attach a photo which I couldn't attach a photo so I contacted them through email and they keep sending me these computerized customer service supposedly emails and keep telling me to do the same thing over and over the bottom line they're not going to refund any of your money for a fault of their own by sending the wrong size or the items for lost or stolen because they don't insure their items so the post office isn't responsible they are so I would suggest never to order from this company ever unless you just want to throw your money away cuz that's exactly what you're doing it's not worth the frustration

I have had two credit cards comprised and the thieves always try and use the cards in wish.com. The site obviously doesn't care about thieves using the site to buy products for resale and doesn't check validity of cards, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

In short. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap for £280. 00. 6 weeks later Wish sent me a £5.00 travel adapter. 30 days, pictures requested, and approximately 60 emails later to several Customer services representatives. This time wasting just happens to fit in with their 30 day no refund policy. I even quoted the customer act 2015 that the merchant ( Wish) must replace item or a full refund.
I have now started a case against them through Pay Pal whom I paid with.
Most stressful.
It is now my duty to stop anyone else going through the same experience! As I promised Wish I would do.
