I have ordered 1 Rose bouquet and 1 teddy bear for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Rose bouquet was good but teddy bear looks cheap. So suggest you to improve on quality.
It was one worst moment of my life when I opened the box containing the cake. There was no icing on the cake. I had look like a fool in front of everyone. Feeling screwed by Winni.

I had ordered a bunch of flowers and a cake and the order was accepted. Later i was told that flowers weren't available. Then why did they even accept the order?
And the cake dint reach on time. I got a Succesfully delivered' message without actually delivering it. Led to lot of confusion and tension.
I haven't still received the refund for the flowers and extra charge of 250 for 12:00 am delivery. And was told that the refund will be initiated to the winni wallet and not my bank account. Very much dissapointing this is. What if i dont want to order in winni again?
I give a 1 on 5 rating for so much of negligence and disturbance. Need the refund as soon as possible. Thanks.
