I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and chose the slot 10-2 pm for delivery. But they did not deliver and when I tried to reach them out from zendesk support they literally ignored my issue even though I was in the queue for so long! Then after complaining to them several times, again and again, they told me that they will deliver it by 5 pm, and apparently this change was not even notified to me. Not only this, but they also did not even deliver by 5 pm and then said by 9 pm maybe as it is out of delivery. I had dinner out plans with the family and THEY FALSELY CLAIM FOR DELIVERY IN 2HOURS! Why the hell you ask for time slots if you cannot deliver on time? I have used other cake delivery services before who work as they say to the customers! Highly unprofessional, very disgusting, and not at all cooperating company. I ask all to stop falsely appreciating because this portrays a good image even though it is a $#*!ty website!

There are so many sites to order flowers and chocolates. Unfortunately I picked this one. First of all they send the wrong flower color. If that was not enough they delivered only a partial order by not delivering the most expensive chocolates (700rs out out 2100) not delivered... if this not bad enough when I try to reach customer support the number is invalid. Lol... such a legit business. Sarcasm loaded.
Finally when I try to chat online with them spent 1 hour to no avail...
How do I report this website for fraud and file a consumer compliant so that others are not frauded like this.

I placed two orders on the same day but for different cities. One was a combo of flowers and cake, and the other was just a cake. The cakes were of high quality and delicious, and the flowers were fresh and pleased my mother in law a lot. Both gifts were a surprise so when they were delivered on time, my relatives were delighted. Thank you for being a trustworthy website and I hope your service remains reliable. Also, shout out to lavanya roy from customer service for ensuring my third order reaches on time!

Package was to include one teddy bear, which was missing in the package delivered. Also extra amount was charged for heart shaped cake, but the cake wasn't heart shaped.
Customer service sent me an email that number was not reachable and the order has been returned, but the same time order was delivered. That means total miscommunication between them and after four hours they sent an email that package has been delivered, if you were not able to deliver on time with all the items due to covid-19 issues, than these has to be mentioned in the email or a disclaimer should be put upon the website, that was missing, again a lack of communication. Overall not a good experience. Be transparent about the issues and take ownership of mistakes, just don't ask to put a review on the website when we are chatting with your customer service. Be professional in reality as you show on website and chat bot
