Placed order for rakhi, raksha bandhan cake and cadbury celebrations.

Cake - the cake was marked 749/- on their website, which was relevant for Rakhi(with image of sister tying rakhi to bro). I had no intention of buying a cake, just because I saw that I ordered.

Rakhi - scanned thru the website multiple times and chose one with rudraksha design.

And chocolates - chose cadbury celebration.

Overall 2597/- was the bill.

Now comes the horror - They delivered completely different stuff - the cake was a plain one and listed on their website for 499/-, the rakhi was completely different one. The chocolate was completely different.

I tried reaching through their unreliable customer care phone number - which is never answered.
Their live chat is a joke. As soon as I say, have an issue. I get 0 response. It is absolute ZERO. I waited for 30 mins to see, atleast an apology will come. But nothing
And their email support - i put forward my concern, they say it may have slightly varied. We will give you 50 rs. For what? To keep quite? So that i dont raise my concern?

You would rather not surprise any one than getting surprised like this with their ethics.

Horrible..

I have placed Rakhi from their website and they mentioned it as same day delivery, but they didn't deliver it on the day of Rakhi. When I called the customer care next day to cancel it as Rakhi is already over, they say it can't be cancelled and cannot be refunded and they told me that they will end my call and I can do whatever I want. Guys don't be fooled with this site, they have pathetic service and they don't keep up the promise and they don't like when u question them. They simply can spoil any occasion

In these times where customers have gotten used to decent customer services, this has been one helluva nightmare of an experience.

These guys have 0 customer service! The contact number does not work. The chat bot assistants don't respond! And it seems their logistics is in absolute shambles. Had ordered for the very first time on account of Rakhi but have been left with a very bitter experience. Their social media handles are flooded with similar grievances from other customers. I only wish I had done my research BEFORE and not AFTER getting scamed. So people, beware. Steer clear of this site. STAY AWAY.

Ordering on winni was a horrible experience. I had ordered a birthday cake to surprise my friend. Even before I ordered I checked with them if they would deliver the same day. The first rep assured me he would. After ordering I called again to check again and the second rep said yes. I paid 299 rupees extra to have the cake delivered between 6 and 7 pm. When it did not arrive by 7 when I called they said they will deliver only the next day. And they won't give me a refund. I tried reaching winni again and they kept disconnecting the call. The last rep who answered was Alkush his ID# winni******* Alkush

I ORDER A RAKHI FROM WINNIE AND AFTER 10 DAYS THEY TOLD ME THAT ITS DELIVERED BUT ACTUALLY THEY LIED TO ME! EVERYTIME I CALL AND SPEAK EITHER THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL OR PUT IT ON HOLD KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE DONE A MISTAKE... THE SHIPMENT WAS NEVER DELIVERED NONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL CARED TO SPEAK AND FIND OUT. IT WAS FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH WINNIE. NEVER EVER I AM GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS INCOMPETENT WEBSITE!
