Very smooth experience, looking forward to seeing if the comfort hype is true

Kept wanting to give me a second deep sleep bundle. Took 3 tries to get it fixed. Silly!

I bought the Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid, because it claims to be a cooling mattress. It most certainly is not. About halfway through the night, it just radiates heat back at me, making it impossible to sleep through the night. In no way is it an improvement in comfort or 'cooling' than my old Simmons mattress. I'm disappointed, and will be returning it. The only benefit to this bed is that it's made of natural materials that don't stink. Otherwise, nothing special about it, and in fact, it has resulted in much worse sleep.

Information was easily found and at my fingertips.

Great people so far. Can't wait till it arrives. I'm like a kid in a candy store.

My wife and I have been sleeping on the bed now for two nights And so far we both love it we both have woke up refreshed and not in pain like we have previously for the last decade

User friendly website and really impressed with the packaging and timely delivery at a time when everything is backed up. Looking forward to getting the foundation specially made for our Wink mattress.

I will have to admit I am a little bummed out with my experience. While getting ready to order the first mattress I feel like I was talked into something I did not want, but ordered it anyway. Dealing with one queen size mattress in a old house is a $#*! to begin with. Then we had two mattress and had to decide witch one to keep and which one to return. Dealing with 2 queen size mattresses in that same old farm house is an even bigger Bit-, you get the point. If you have a bad back and require a firm mattress do not get talked into a soft one. Save yourself some unwanted calisthenics.

I was excited to get this WinkBed mattress. Unfortunately, after using it for two weeks I have horrible back pain from the mattress. They have a "generous" 120 day return policy but you have to hold onto the mattress for 60 days before you can return it. The pain is so unbearable that I have to sleep on my couch until I get a new mattress. I understand that the mattress needs to "adjust", which is why they want me to wait for 60 days, but there is no question this mattress is causing me pain and I can't wait for 2 months before returning it. I bought a new one from a different place and will be shelving this one until I can return it for a full refund.

The website for product selection and purchase was very easy to use. I loved the whole experience. The mattress is very comfortable!

Ordered this after having to cancel another company's bed because they couldn't deliver. Winks communication was great! Emails were prompt and included relevant details so you know exactly what to expect next. Mattress arrived on schedule, per the expected delivery window, was super easy to unwrap and slept great the first night.
