Ordered through Sleep Sherpa. Shipping, delivery, and set up were a breeze. Bed is uncomfortable and too hot.

We slept on our luxury firm mattress for the first time last night. We both woke up with much fewer aches and pains in the morning. So far we both like the firmness of the bed. We are very pleased.

From the online ordering system, to the update emails, to the delivery, to the assembly, to the sleep… I LOVE my WinkBed. Putting the queen bed together took like 10 minutes…no tools, no hassle, fantastic experience. Mattress is #awesomeness. Pillows are perfect. The sheets even have a little tag on them at the head and foot of the sheets saying Head/Foot so you don't have to guess how it goes on! When we get ready to replace our King size bed, we will go with another WinkBed for sure. #VeryHappyCustomer.

The mattress arrived, but was extremely heavy - thank goodness my son was here to get it into the house! However, having it delivered to our home was great. I don't think I could ever get my husband to a store to "try" mattresses out and decide on one. This mattress was put on our previous boxspring. It is exactly what was needed for the back pain we experienced every morning. The pain is gone and we sleep so much better. So far, so good - thank you so much.

The box arrived punctured and ripped. The mattress wrap was still intact and no damage was done in shipping. There were no markings on the plastic to show top to bottom or side to side for placing it on the bed. It was a struggle to get it turned to the right placement. NO handles! It has only been one week, but so far, it is much firmer than we expected, and it is HOT!

Awesome shopping experience. The Site is very easy to use. The matress is very comfortable. The material of the matress is great. I chose a firmer matress due to severe back pain. This matress has definitely helped alleviate my back pain. The best thing I did in 2021. I would definitely buy again.

Great bed. American Made. Glad I spent the Money. Took longer to get than originally stated, but every means of shipping and delivery is pretty lousy these days.

I went to the local display store that carried WinkBed and ordered on in soft which arrived by shipment two weeks later.

Very good customer service. Answered all my questions, put the bed on hold for a few weeks and shipped on my request.

I ordered the Winkbed FIRMER mattress and received it only 10 days later. Sofar I have been very happy with it!

A terrific overall experience, from selection to notification that the mattress was on its way to the actual delivery process. Easy set up (although I never found the razor that was supposed to accompany the bed).
