Our shopping experience was awesome. We bought our mattress at Our Sleep Guide in Houston and tried the Winkbed mattress. Everything went smoothly. Have not slept on the mattress yet.

The experience has been great and the service has been wonderful.

We have been looking at this mattress for awhile now and finally decided today was the day! Anxious for our first sleep on it!

Routine, though it would have helped to get a notice when the *mattresses* shipped, not just for the DeepSleep Bundle.

It took about 4 tries to order this. My cart keep showing 2 sleep bundles and every time I tried to fix that I had more sleep bundles and multiple mattresses. Eventually I got it right (I hope).

Mattress arrive a day early and I managed to get the box upstairs and placed on the bed by myself. I allowed a night to decompress and have slept on it the last two nights. Very happy with everything so far. Definitely feels like a quality bed.

My overall experience with Wink has been good thus far. It took a little longer than I expected for delivery but it's not a big deal.

Overall very easy... have not opened mattress box yet, although the cardboard box has a large gash in it. Hopefully all is ok once opened.

We couldn't believe our mattress (which was delivered in ten days!) fit in the box that arrived on our porch, but it did! We didn't receive the special opener with our package, but with careful use of our trusty scissors we were able to get it opened and positioned on our platform. I really wish the mattress had handles. It was very tricky manipulating it around. I don't know how we will ever move it if we buy a new house. There was just a faint scent of ungassing, but that dissipated quickly. At first, I thought the SOFTER mattress would be too soft for us, and was wondering if we made a mistake and should have ordered a firmer model especially for my husband who sleeps on his back (I am a side sleeper). When we laid down we sunk in a little, which was a huge change from our Sleep Number bed that never felt good for me as a side sleeper. So we are still skeptical about the level of softness, and it has only been three days sleeping on the mattress, but the last three nights my husband hasn't snored (he usually keeps me awake impersonating a wild bore) and my back shoulder pain is going away. What at first seemed like sinking into the abyss, is now a warm hug that I look forward to. It is plush on top, but it is still firm and both my hubby and I are surprised at how quickly we are transitioning to liking this bed. I also like a taller mattress and I am enjoying the height. As a side sleeper, my old bed wasn't very firm along the sides, and I always felt like I was going to slide off the bed. Our Wink is very sturdy. The only thing I was disappointed in is the bedding collection bundle we received. The fitted sheet we received had a hole in the seam right out of the package and the sheets feel weird. They have an unusual grip that sticks to us. If I had paid for these separately, I would have sent these back. But as for the bed, so far I am loving not waking up to back pain! I was so weary of buying a mattress without trying it out, but so far the experience is surprisingly wonderful!

Overall best bed you can buy, so comfortable and supportive

I was a bit nervous ordering a bed without laying down on it first, but this mattress came so highly recommended that I bought it sight unseen.
