Customer Service was great while purchasing the bed. Truly the most comfortable bed I've slept in.

I was surprised as to how small the box was that contained the queen size mattress. Impressed at how it expanded to full size. A little outgassing smell that took a day to dissipate.

I haven't slept on it (just got it today), but I already love this mattress! Soft and cozy but very firm and supportive at the same time. I hope my back will be really grateful!

This was a great experience. Easy to order, simple delivery, bed is truly awesome.

Too early to tell with bed. It is lovely. The ordering online process was straightforward. Delivery was relatively quick although initial ETA was fuzzy, but no long delays. It all worked out.

We got our mattress in a little over a week. It is easy to set up and is very comfortable. Communication was great and we were updated regularly. Only thing I was not happy with was the deep sleep bundle being made in china.

I had help unboxing it and putting it on my bedframe only because I've had shoulder replacement surgery and I wasn't ready to do it myself! Have slept really well since getting my WinkBed. My back problems convinced me I needed the WinkBed and I am not disappointed. Wake up in the morning without shuffling to a chair until my back wakes up.

We've had our mattress for over a year and now the perfect protector - very happy with WinkBeds.

The Website is to jumpy, it was kind of hard to see exactly what I was buying and was also constantly on the check out page.

Allison was very helpful despite repeated problems with the phone connection.

Cannot rate the products yet. Used the bed only for two days. DeepSleep bundle just came in today- not used yet. Seems a bit too firm while side sleeping. I need to resolve that. Fine for sleeping on the back. My time for back sleeping and side sleeping is about 60%-40 %. I wonder if I would need to exchange for a medium firm.

First ever bed in a box. I found the box to be pleasingly heavy feeling that it meant quality. I wish I had video taped the moment I cut the plastic off the vacuum packaging it was fun to watch! Let it rest for 24hrs and then we slept on it. There was a bit of out gassing you could smell the first night but the second night you had to stuff your nose in it to still smell it. The Euro top feel is plush with the mattress still feeling firm. We are looking forward to more night on it.
