Overall easy exchange process. You do have to pay a premium/shipping cost for the exchange (~$50) to handle admin, which is not completely "free of charge" -- but if you are OK with this administrative fee, the process itself is just fine. Easy with a 3rd party pick-up scheduled to get your own mattress from your room, but you are on your own to unpack and set the new mattress when it arrives. The 3rd party firm does not handle or touch unpacking your new mattress, so you are aware.

Purchase, delivery and unpacking were are all just as easy as advertised.

Despite the holiday rush and news of shipping delays across the country, my WinkBeds platform arrived on the day it was originally predicted to arrive. I assembled it by myself; the instructions were very clear. (I'm a 78-year-old woman.) I'm very pleased with how it looks and, so far, performs.

We love, love, love our new WinkBed mattress. It is like floating on a cloud. We sleep so much better now with this mattress. No aching backs in the morning. No waking up multiple times during the night because of pain or discomfort. Having this mattress is a dream come true! The sheets that came with the bundle are excellent, too. We highly recommend this company and their products.

Right now the bed seems a little too firm for my husband and I. We went with this based on the companies suggestions. We are going to give it time to see if we adjust to the firmness of this bed.

Cons: Bundle sheet set arrived damaged, pillows overstuffed to the point of not fitting in standard cases; bed seems well made, but feels overinflated like a raft.

Hello, my bed arrived much faster than expected and in good shape. I have only slept on it for a few nights so far. I was initially worried that it might be too soft, but I think that I might be sleeping more deeply. It was amazing that it blew up so fast and was ready to sleep on on the night I was able to get it into my room.

Good information on site-exactly what I ordered. The customer service is great. Allison did a top notch job in getting me the base during Christmas Shipping Rush! I'm definitely a customer for life!

Customer Service was absolutely excellent and with the help of a knowledgeable and wonderful Customer Service Representative "Charles", everything went perfectly. Key points were, how an exchange process worked, explanation of the timing and delivery and best of all, a caring person on the manufacturing/delivery side of the Winkbed business.

Order and delivery was as promised. With all the recent delays we were hoping we would not be affected. We were very happy about this as we have guests coming shortly!
