This company is on the ball. They are fast efficient, reply to emails quickly and the beds are American made and wonderful!

The ordering service is easy and you are assisted by a knowledeable professional. You then are assigned an order number via email and updates on the estimated time frame for delivery. I ordered a heavy duty bed frame and platform foundation for our first bed. But on the second bed forgot to get a platform. Chelsea in customer service exhanged the order and the foundation arrived at the perfect time!

I'M GETTING A BED!
Buying a quality bed for me has been a long time dream. I have poured over websites trying to choose the best one for this old creaky body. I'd narrowed it down to 5 and then 3. I chose the WinkBed because of the reviews, the adjustable bed frame and their awareness of our Earth. But mostly because of the quality of the mattress. Here's hoping to many nights of happy sleeping!

Your site flows well. I would have utilized PayPal Credit if it was offered. I used your Option for Bread, but don't know if my credit score will experience a ding.

Seems like a good product. Hoping it lasts a bunch of years. We had a nectar all foam. It had huge canyon's in just 3 years I think. It's tough to measure the inches because the top layer foam recovers.
The lower support layer not to much. Hoping your firm spring load model will do better. Thanks for building this product we will give it a spin over the next couple of seasons and give you a holler if it seems to ware well or not so well. Best regards, lisa

I accidentally ordered 2 mattresses after multiple sleepless nights. I left a voice message about my mistake and someone called me back to confirm refund of one mattress within 30 minutes of the business opening hours.

Would say I didn't read fine print when you say $300 off I assumed it was the posted price that was marked down but no you had marked it down first. Should say already applies
