Amazing and comfortable experience! Should've ordered this weeks ago. My mattress was getting old and I couldn't fall asleep at night. After the first night on the Wink Bed I was Really impressed and fell asleep much faster and woke up without back pain.

I've only slept on my bed for four nights, but my back pain has lessened significantly. So far, I'm very pleased with my mattress.
Things to note:
This mattress DOES off gas. It's not terrible, but I have a sensitive nose. We've been sleeping on it for four nights, and still need to keep the windows open.
The delivery estimator on the main webpage was not accurate. However, when I called to find out when my mattress would ship, the mattress went out that day.
So far so good! Really eager to try it out. Feels light years ahead of our previous Stearns and Foster.

Unfortunately the bed frame delivery was not acceptable. It was dropped behind my 88 yr old Moms car. Had I not seen it prior to her driving to her appointment, it would have been a disaster.

Easy to use the website and make a decision as to what mattress to purchase.
Ordering was easy and the mattress came in less than a week (Surprising). The bed frame took a little longer but there was an issue with the carrier. After only Four nights sleeping on it I can tell the difference. We also got the adjustable frame and it is helping me with my chronic snoring.
From ordering to delivery (ahead of the anticipated date) to unpacking, the whole process was fool proof and simple. Both my husband and I are incredibly pleased and are sleeping like babies!
