I was a bit worried about getting a mattress with inner springs through the mail, but it turned out to be very doable for me to manage it on my own with a dolly and it expanded into its proper shape like magic. I wish I'd had my video going for it. For something built to order I think it came very fast.

The bed to begin to sag in the sleeping spot. A 200 lb person is too much for these mattresses. Other reiviews indicated the same problem.
