The box was falling apart and I had to pay someone to help me get the mattress upstairs. I had no idea that this mattress was going to be delivered "in a box", falling apart, to my door and I would have to do it all. For this price, I was expecting a completely different experience. I can't recommend this.

Confused about the "free bedding bundle" mentioned on the sales page but then never shown again -- even on the checkout page.
Everything was seamless until I got a notification that the bed was arriving that very day. I was expecting a bit more of a heads up so I could adequately prepare to dispose of my old mattress. And although the mattress in plastic wrap was fine, the box was very damaged.

I don't know what the environmental fund is or what it does, I didn't have an option about paying for it. I can rate the delivery: two stars. It arrived fast enough, but the box was destroyed and opened so that when I brought it in the house the opening tool that came with the bed fell out onto my porch and I didn't know it had even come with the bed. The overall shopping experience was fine. I found the bed I wanted no problem. But I had hoped to get sheets for it. I am pretty sure they sell sheets, but I couldn't find anything but beds on the website.
