UPS turned this into an udder $#*! show. Will not do this ever again. Then to pay over 100 dollars for a polyester mattress cover, talk about highway robbery.

Update. The mattress was easier than expected to place and unpack. Read the directions :). My King was understandably heavy. I made a plan ahead of time and used a hand truck from the door to the bed. A floor friendly canvas would also do to drag for a smallish person. It comes vacuum packed, so it expands several inches when the bag is cut. Total time from door to installed was 15 minutes and I took my time.
This is our second winkbed luxury firm. We love them both! But basic dimensions should be available on Website.

I have tried the bed for 6 weeks and it is not soft enough. I am a side sleeper and I have shoulder and hip pain now more than ever. I need a softer, more conforming bed... I find this bed lumpy and hard
