Katapult and read are terrible. You pay the double price at Katapult, and Read never gives feedback what to do to get a financial approval. They just deny and say re-apply in 90days

After exchanging the firm for the softer version, I can finally sleep through the night without waking up in discomfort, but this mattress is still not great. The luxury firm felt like a giant fist was pressing into my ribcage when I slept on my side; I am so confused why it is supposedly recommended for side sleepers! The firm is advertised as a 6 softness, but it is harder than my prior 8-rated BeautyRest. The softer version is advertised as a 4, but is much harder than the Nectar mattress that's rated at a 6. The traditional Simmons Beauty Rest I had before the Softer version was much more comfortable than any of them.
Additionally, if WinkBed is going to advertise "world class customer service," they could do a better job prioritizing customer satisfaction over the fine print. I expressed dissatisfaction with the firm mattress and started an email thread to exchange it for the softer version during the satisfaction guarantee period, I didn't finish the email chain within the period. I was shocked that the first two representatives I talked to would have rather me be unhappy with a WinkBed for a lifetime than honor the spirit of their satisfaction guarantee and get me on a mattress that didn't wake me up in discomfort. Then, they wanted to send me a mattress topper, which seems like an insufficient solution for a product that's supposed to have a lifetime warrantee. It took a fight to get a mattress I can sleep through the night on... And it's still far from the amount of comfort I expected for the price-point.

Great help but I'm not sure the mattresses work for me. One too firm the other too soft.
We ordered a firm cal king but the mattress is not so firm. I am around 185 lbs and my wife is around 155 lbs. The mattress sinks when we simply sit. First day, both of us woke up with back pains. Planning to sleep on it for atleast 2 weeks, hopefully the sleep quality improves.
Beds are like concrete, made well, look great but they are so hard all pressure points were activated. Caused a complete lack of sleep over three days. Just not for us.

Love the bed, but the package showed up basically destroyed. Turns out, the bed was fine so we didn't contact customer support, but you might need stronger cardboard/better carriers.
Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Big guy, 365lbs, twin xl, and after 13 months, it's really like new. It's softened just a bit, but no sagging or anything. I can tell because as I side sleep for an hour or so, my arm no longer falls asleep where my shoulder pushes down into the mattress. Best mattress purchase ever, works perfectly for me and being a big guy, I had almost given up hope.
