Mattress is great. But getting it upstairs was almost impossible. Box with handles was falling apart. It was extremely heavy and there was no option to have it brought up for us. While it's very comfortable, I would not buy another one unless there is an option to have it delivered up the stairs.
My bed set got lost in delivery however they were Customer service was on it. They sent me another set right away and reached out to make sure I received it.
The box was so small, lol. It provided entertainment for the grandkids when we let it out of the vacuum sealed packaging!

Bed arrived in good condition and easy to unwrap. There was a strong odor so I waited a full day before covering and placing on frame. Smell seems to have dissipated.

Product arrived very soon after the order. Mattress is compressed and vacuum packed in plastic bag. Need to be careful when cutting off the plastic, as the mattress will pop open and fully decompress in seconds. I was almost knocked over when it popped open. Mattress was a lot firmer than I thought, based on the company description. I'm 6'7" at 280 with a bad back, and it was like laying on a hard surface with almost no give. When selecting this product, I thing the word Luxury through my off as to the comfort of the mattress. I was expecting something softer. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep this mattress after I use it for a couple of weeks.
I researched numerous sites but followed advice from the Sleep Foundation and made my purchase according to their recommendations for my needs. This mattress is exactly as described. I purchased it without any need for assistance on the Wink website. It arrived earlier than expected.
Easy to understand offerings and easy to use website. The trial period is important but currently do not expect to need to use it. So far, so good!
