The bed was delivered early when I was out of town. This caused me to have to hire someone to come to my house and bring the bed inside, and someone else to set it up when I got home. Stressfull!

As to the shopping and website experience:
Overall the shopping experience was typical but the coupon code field kept showing as "enter a valid code" but when I scrolled to the very top, there was a notification saying it was successfully applied. Also, on the card details/payment page, it would've been nice to review my total again before clicking "pay now".
The countdown timer in the cart rushing me to make the purchase in 9 mins made the company and brand feel scammy and it was unnecessary. It's like an "as seen on TV" item. It really cheapens the brand. Why do you need to rush me on such a big purchase?
The "earliest date of arrival" when selecting the bed firmness is very misleading. This should be changed to a realistic expectation or a more accurate date range or removed altogether. It sets very high shipping expectations for the customer and makes them think they can get the bed in one week when the average ETA is 2 weeks as stated in your FAQ. This is an unacceptable user experience.

My only complaint is that the mattress had a strong odor after it came out of the vacuum smell. After Research you decided it was probably off gassing but it would be helpful if this was included in material sent with bed to describe this.
The mattress arrived timely and set up was easy. One corner of the mattress is a bit lower than the rest of the mattress. Not sure how that will affect things down the road.
Quick and easy. I wanted to purchase a bed that would be comfortable yet firm and really my main focuse was the edge support so I hope its true to its promise. I also enjoy made in the USA
