Easier to set up than expected. So far mattress better than all I have purchased, but will have to give it 6-12 months to really determine if it is truly good for those with back pain and issues. Purchasing and process easy and as expected. Able to quickly track. Took about 2 weeks to receive and no options to pay for expedited shipping. But decided to be patient if bed lives up to its claims.
So far, so good. We found that the Luxury Firm was just too hard for my wife's arthritis, so we asked to exchange for the Soft model. Quick and efficient exchange process.

I was a bit concerned that the "softer" bed might be too soft - not at all. Super comfortable but still very supportive. So far, after one week, we are loving out new Wink bed.

Easy and convenient. The shipping box was a little beat up making it hard to move around but the mattress was packed well and no damage. Definitely a two-person job to move it up 5 stairs. I did it alone but it was tough. Sliding around the house and up setting up was doable alone, but i wish i had a helper.
No problems so far. Needed a new bed for holiday company.
This bed is so comfortable that I don't have to move around to get into a comfy position. And it supports my back perfectly. No exaggeration it is curing the lower back pain I had for years. My previous beds were latex firm.

Mattress was delivered at top of our 1/4 mile long driveway! Had to bring it down on dolly!
Great looking bed. Only thing I'd like to add would be handles on the side for east moving.
I wish customer service was more readily available, also having to wait 30 days for exchange and not be penalized is not good.

Would have preferred that you take old bed away. But turns out trash service will do it for $10, which is great

The website was intuitive, although it could just be that it has a very similar layout to most other mattress websites. For the most part, the site was functional. I was able to select the mattress of my choice, the platform foundation, and the mattress protector. However, I was a bit peeved at learning about the compulsory environmental fund tax that Wink slipped into my purchase order. I honestly am a die-hard environmental nerd - it's the principle of the matter. Anywho, I forgave Wink for the poor form and, of course, it was happy to take my money. The products arrived within two weeks. No issues. The bed is super comfy, so I'm a happy pappy.
