Customer support could not update my status. They wanted me to depend on UPS site.

Very easy process to order and set up. The bed seems to be a keeper so far. Probably didn't need to buy the insurance.

Decent bed I suppose. I haven't slept on the mattress with the foundation yet as I just got the foundation after UPS lost it. I contacted customer service and they rapidly resolved the issue, so it's now fully assembled.

The bed hasn't expanded to 13 1/2 inches & we feel it's defective. I was told to wait 90 to 120 days to expand, no way this is true.

Still waiting to see if they replace my control box, functions but it's damaged.

So far so good. 1 week delivery over holiday season was excellent. Packaging was amazing, can't believe a huge thick mattress can be vacuum packed into such a small package. Been sleeping on it for a week, like it so far.

I love that this is made in the USA. I do not like the timer on my checkout process because I could have a brief interruption that times me out

The website is very easy to navigate and the purchase process was fairly simple.

I have contacted them and they said they will send replacements. However I haven't received notification of shipment

So far the experience has been good. I have only slept on the bed 2 nights, but notice i'm getting deeper sleep. I'm still getting used to it and hope its a keeper. The process of buying the bed was easy, it was delivered quickly. The box was a bit beat up, but luckily no damage to the bed. I handled getting it set up alone, and i'm 112 lb. female (size full) of course it would have been nice to have help, but it can be done alone is my point.

The shopping experience was good and the shipping was prompt. The box was set in our driveway so not exactly as advertised but I wasn't surprised since it was before Christmas. The mattress itself seems very well made and unlike every other mattress and memory foam we have purchased in the past, there was no discernible odor from the wink bed at all.

Online chat was somewhat confusing. Bed was ordered on a Wednesday, UPS said it would be delivered Friday. When I called Winkbeds I was told "I'm looking at your order and it is currently in production." I was assured it wouldn't be arriving for at least a week. UPS delivered it the next day.
Go figure. But I love the bed!

I love this mattress. I ordered the wink luxury firm. Absolutely perfection. I wake up feeling wonderful. It's the perfect firmness with a pillowy feeling. Fast delivery, I'm completely satisfied. And it's made right here in the USA folks, support the American workers.

Supper easy and came sooner then I expected.
Also, they kept me very update with the status of my order

The box was ripped at the bottom. I have not unboxed it yet because I have been sick. I have photos. I hope it is not damaged or dirty. Not happy about the packaging.
