The Wink Bed is exactly what we needed--something firmer than our old bed which, while comfortable, was a bit to soft. The delivery was quick and it didn't take too much effort to move it onto our bed frame. Once we'd unwrapped it and it expanded, there was no noticeable smell. We've slept on it about a week now and are feeling very satisfied with it.

Easy to shop, delivery was on time. Only "complaint" is that moving a 130 lb box up 3 flights of stairs was quite the challenge.

Great,bought the luxury firm to replace our temper pedic.

I haven't taken it out of the box yet. I am waiting for a bed to be delivered for my husband's half of the bed.

Great experience I cannot rate the bed yet though.

The notifications were timely and provided a clear understanding of the process and when we can expect the shipment.

I was very hesitant at first to make an online purchase of such a great importance without being able to try it out first. I visited a mattress store, however, to get an idea about the feel of the different firmness levels and feels of several mattresses, did a lot of research online and contacted the company before hand with a few questions which influenced my decision:
I have gotten a prompt and polite/helpful response.
My research always led me back to this mattress (gravity lux soft)
My mattress was delivered in under 2 weeks and I was updated on every step of the way.
The boxes arrived in perfect condition and unpacking/installing was relatively easy. I did not need any help.
The mattress is as described. Time will tell the rest.

So far so good, one night in! I was fascinated that the mattress came completely compressed in a smallish (but heavy!) box from UPS and I watched it come to life as it unrolled!

Little slow shipping, but so far so good. Will evaluate and go from there.
