Easy-to-order and delivered well-packaged (heh) and on-time.

Mattresses are well made, warranty is excellent if honored, hoping I never need to use it.
The Environment fund really taints the way I feel about this company, though.

After a less than stellar day shopping at a competitor store we did a little more research and found Sandman. We went there and that was the best decision we could have made. The owner and staff are incredible and professional.

I've suffered for 30 nights on our new Tempurpedic mattress, because they make you sleep on it for 30 days before you ask for a refund. The mattress we laid on in their showroom was soft, and the one we received is as hard as a brick. The Wink bed has saved our backs. We are finally getting good sleep. We still have the Tempurpedic adjustable base (since you can't return those!) and their sleep app tells me that my sleep score is significantly better on the Wink mattress! It's been recording our sleep the entire time and you can see the difference! Of the 24 days recorded sleeping on the Tempurpedic mattress, I had a sleep score over 80, just 5 times. I had 9 nights with a score in the 50s and 60s. In just 13 days on the Wink mattress, I've already had 6 nights over 80, and only one night with a score in the 50s/60s. I am a believer!

Ordering and shipping was fast (ahead of schedule even). Still too soon to make a decision on the bed but I will most likely be trading it in for a different firmness, so we'll see how that goes.

Easy to order online, not necessarily the easiest to determine which type of mattress makes sense.

I visited a store to try the entire line of WinkBeds and I am so grateful that I did! I got a better idea of what I like, and was able to see the quality before I bought.

I am very happy with WinkBeds, from the products to Customer Service, I've always gotten the answers I needed each time I reached out. My bed arrived 3 days after I ordered it, and I can't describe how comfortable it is.

I had never heard of WinkBed. I needed a new mattress for an antique bed I inherited. And my first thought was to buy a mattress from a brand, I was familiar with. When I priced those mattresses, it was cost prohibitive. The more I thought about it, too, I hadn't been happy with the last mattress. It didn't even last three years. So I did a little research and decided to try wink. I am so glad I did! We really like this mattress, and it was significantly cheaper than others we looked at. Order fulfillment and delivery were super fast, too. I think I ordered it on a Tuesday and had it set up in my room on Saturday. I predict this will not be our last WinkBed!
