My experience with the company has been positive. Seems to be a great product, I just need to adjust the firmness.

I'm 7 days into the new bed and still not as comfortable as I had hoped.

It's very difficult to communicate when emails come sometimes one or two days later. Would be much better if they had a phone number

Made in USA, parts and assembly, love the warranty, very comfortable, solid bed, love it so far. My back is feeling better already.

The bed is great! The cover on the other side was a bit large. The description talks about it as "custom designed for your winkbed" but any mattress cover seemingly would have fit just fine, or maybe even better. Wish I had saved my money and bought a cheaper one from somewhere else.

Overall I had a great experience ordering on Winkbeds. The website is beautiful and easy to navigate. I like the 120 return policy and the upgrade policy. I still need more time with the mattress, but so far so good.

Will tryout soon when sheets arrive. No experience with winks beds. Only read reviews and made comparisons. I have been sleeping on the floor for 11 years so I'm sure this will feel beyond wonderful.

Tried the Plus mattress first for 30 days, but it made my back hurt. Sent email to exchange the Plus for the Luxury Firm. No questions or delays. Received the new mattress in 2 weeks. Been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and it is fantastic!

Everything was so easy, from ordering and receiving of the mattress.

Easy to buy but the bed top collapses after a few nights and is too hard.

After you order, you'll see a $9.08 charge added to your bill. It's called an "Environmental Responsibility Fund" fee. I don't recall seeing it appear until after I paid, then being added to my receipt. I called and asked about it, receiving back some nonsense about enabling them to help the environment regarding my old mattress. Well, they didn't collect my old mattress and the very opaque nature of this fee, and the timing of its reveal, made me pretty angry. They refunded it. That aside, I love the mattress and the price was good, despite the minor charge issue.

Had several questions that were promptly answered.
