It's been fine. I reached out to staff because the wrong tag was sewed onto my bed (it says soft instead of firm). The agent I talked to was very nice and after sending some photos assured me this was the firm bed, but I have my doubts due to how much sinkage there is.

Too soon to tell. My back will be the judge. I have 120 days to return. I paid a small fortune for this mattress and will not hesitate to return it,

Quick, easy, made to order and was affordable price. Wish they had a 0% interest payment plan option but the bed is cheaper than most so not that big of a deal. I'm loving mine so far as it gets more and more broken in and if i want to trade in or return i have ample time to do so. Great experience for a first time adult buyer of a new mattress.

Purchasing, shipping, and set up were all very easy, not to mention the mattress has been very comfortable. Can't complain about any of it!

Overall very happy with the bed. The delivery was quick, the packaging was compact and intact, and easy to set up. We went from a soft bed to the firmer model and i enjoy it, but am still getting accustomed to it. We are very satisfied.

I am trying to return the mattress and have not received a response to my request. I have placed a second request so in all fairness I can't respond yet if I've had a positive experience or not until I can successfully return it in accordance with the return policy.

I was planning on ordering this bed online myself. However I did find a local showroom. It did not change my mind, but it was nice to know what I was getting.

The purchase process was very simple, there was enough product info and the option for removal of the old mattress was a +. Note that w/o the full set-up charge which I did not select, the mattress was delivered at basement level. It was a challenge getting it up 3 floors because of its weight.

My wife and I have been sleeping on an original Casper mattress for the last eight years. And the experience has been okay. I am now 70 years old and recently I have been sleeping hot. My wife does not. But we agree to buy a new mattress. So after much research, we decided to order a Winkbed Luxury Firm mattress. And we are so happy we did. The Winkbed is very comfortable. It has a really good balance of firmness and cushioning. My wife is pleased and sleeping well. I may be even more pleased because the sleeping hot issue I had is no longer. I highly recommend the Winkbed Luxury Firm mattress. And will to one of my brothers who told me he's looking to buy a new bed.

After many watching many reviews of the various mattresses available we chose winkbed luxury firm. The discount and quick delivery was excellent.

I did not enjoy the "preparing bed" time it feels deceptive. You obviously aren't hand crafting each order so it makes it seem like you just wanted to put a reasonable seeming delivery time on the site. Many other people online seem to share this opinion.

The bed is a gift so it hasn't been opened just yet. After waiting for 6 weeks for a mattress on back order from another store, I chose to buy a Wink bed. CRAZY fast from order to delivery. I was kept very informed for the few days it took to get the mattress. I appreciate that.

This is too many words. I have only had the bed for one week. I need more time before i leave a review

So far it is VERY firm. I wake up with lower back pain. But I'm giving it a full 30 days to decide.

Again, I thought I was purchasing a mattress that would be shipped ready to use and uncompressed.

Mattress came but the platform and protector all came like 4-5 days after. Would be nice if they all arrived at the same time.

I had someone come set up for the first delivery. But the exchange, there was no one coming to set up. So I hauled the mattress up 1 floor to set up myself. Still have to contact someone to take the replacement away. It's not comfortable.

Purchase experience was easy. Still TBD on if I love the bed. The zoned lumbar support is a struggle getting used to right now.

Very happy with our purchase from start to finish - shipping was fast and the quality is great. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
