Amazing. Great company--stands behind their product!

Seemed pretty easy to find information on different options. The last minute offer on the adjustable frame felt pushy/confusing.

Was shopping for a new eco-friendly mattress that did not offgas or have harmful irritants - this was my first mattress purchasing endeavor, as the mattress I just got rid of I've had since high school (it was past time lol). Tried another brand first and it was too firm. Ordered the Winkbed Eco second and it was perfect! Like sleeping on a giant pillow. Thankfully most, if not all, mattresses have a refund return policy so I was able to send the first one back and I look forward to keeping my Winkbed Eco for years to come!
A note though: read the instructions that come with it! In order to keep the bed from getting misshapen, you have to rotate it every 2 weeks for the first 3 months and then every 2 months after that. Just added it to my digital calendar as a recurring event so I wouldn't forget because I would hate for this lovely experience to get ruined by user error.

Mattresses was lighter then I was told, which was a pleasant surprise.

The experience overall was great and we love our mattress so far. The exchange was simple enough. Only recommendation I have is creating an exchange button option somewhere (unless I just didn't see it), but I had to email customer service to get that set up. So I had to wait and see if/when my exchange would be processed.

So far so good. It's only been a week sleeping on them, so it's a little early to say, but they seem comfortable. Good customer service.

Too new to give feedback yet. So far not complaints.I seem to be sleeping more sound.

I have been an avid fan of WinkBed. I bought my first Softer Queen WinkBed around 2016 and loved that mattress. It had a luxe 2-3" thick pillow top with the best sink-into-it feeling. I didn't hesitate when buying my second bed from Wink. However, it seems the design has dramatically changed. I am so disappointed with the new mattress. The pillow top is less than an inch thick, the bed is definitely on the firm - not soft - side. It's not at all what I expected and have been recommending to everyone.

So far so good. The wife and I really like it. It give us a lot of peace of mind knowing that it made from all natural materials. You spend too much time in bed to risk your health by sleeping on material that could one day prove to have been very harmful for you.

Easy, prompt, and very attuned to customer satisfaction

The company seems great and very responsive. I have no issues with the company. The bed however is no bueno for my body. I can't get comfortable in any position and I hurt way more now than I ever did with my older bed that I just got rid of. It's debilitating.

So far I'm impressed with the service, selection, delivery and setup.

Didn't Like the $49.00 charge is it doesn't work our, otherwise would have given five starts. If I hadn't clicked on return policy would not have known. Think this should have been stated upfront. Received several messages from usps about delivering which were incorrect. Kept telling me they would deliver between 2 to 7 then cancel, but nothing from Winkbeds confirming.

Still trying this bed out. It is definitely firm! I'm still not sure whether I want to keep this bed or not!
